What a pleasant (out of the ordinary) unique experience ..
Got there a bit early (20 minutes) the Maitre D offered us up either a table (which we chose) or to be seated at the counter.
Now that the open kitchen is in middle of the the action definitely adds to the vibes of farm to table (i stood up every few minutes to take in the sight)
The waiting staff where extremely pleasant patient and knowledgeable and discussed the menu at length
We ordered as follows
Chicken liver pate Beet 3 Ways Salad Falafel croquette Chef special 28 oz steak Frishman Malabi
(Chicken liver pate) Loved the presentation and the very subtle taste and texture (A+)
(Falafel croquette) This and the (Beet 3 Ways Salad) where my favorite, the salad for its clear farm to table "route" and the croquettes for its Tunisia (middle eastern) blend. AA+
I ordered the steak (which later I realized I should have rather gone more traditional) but it sounded so good when the waiter offered i couldn't resist)
Steak was cooked medium big enough for us both to enjoy soft and tender and delicious one of the best steaks that I've ever had
Now for my personal favorite (Frishman Malabi) Couldn't have enough of this sensational dessert a mix and blend of tastes and textures ..AA+
what a perfect end for a...

From the moment we walked in, the space radiated warmth, care, and intention. The ambiance is immaculate—elegant yet comforting, with an atmosphere that invites you to relax, connect, and savor.
But the real magic begins with the food. Without exaggeration, this was some of the best kosher cuisine I’ve ever had. Each dish was layered with flavor, memory, and heart. You could tell that every bite was crafted with purpose.
Chef Raz, both the owner and mastermind behind the menu, is an absolute gem. Not only is he wildly talented, but he also took the time to come out, explain the dishes, and share his passion with us. He’s the kind of person who makes you feel like family from the very first hello. Mike and Jules were equally outstanding—attentive, kind, and incredibly professional.
