Arturo's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in North Olmsted

I used to love this place. My wife and I frequented for the pizza. We booked a birthday party in the party room (which is much different drom the back of the restaurant). The day of the party, there were people in the party room that I booked MONTHS in advance. They "accomodated" us to the back of the restaurant where all 50 of my guests were forced to cram and crowd the kitchen entrance. This was extremely frustrating as the party that was occupying the room only had 10-15 people! To be very clear, the service from the waitresses was fantastic. It's Arturo that is the problem. When asked about a discount for the party room that I didn't get to use, he looked at me and offered to take $2 per person off the bill. SERIOUSLY?! He's so worried about making money that he's forgotten who puts the money in his pocket in the first place. Multiple people from that party will NEVER patronize that establishment again due to the way Arturo handled the situation and his lack of empathy for ruining my daughters first birthday party. EDITBecause of this review the owner went back on providing a credit to redeem themselves and instead decided they cannot make it right with my family. So, say nothing about your bad experience and you MAY get a refund or food remade "within an hour of receiving your food". Any other owner would make this right especially if its a bad review and "not the norm" from their company. Absolutely take your business elsewhere since they care more about money than customers. One of the WORST experiences I've had in a while. Ordered TO GO and waited over an hour for 2 kids pizzas that were burnt so badly dogs wouldn't eat it. Ordered a large deluxe with light sauce, got a large UNDERCOOKED deluxe with WHITE sauce. My wife broke a tooth on their cheese bites. Hodge Podge was sad too. Chicken and potato skins were dry and chewy and the ribs were nearly all fat. Was given wrong dipping sauces as well as an attitude for not tipping. Pretty glad I didn't tip for that...

Had a large order of broasted chicken delivered! It arrived piping hot in an aluminum cooking container. It looked great! The jo jo s were disgusting, didn't like them at all. Just a lot of potato to.make the order look bigger. The chicken was greasy but I guess chicken is. However, when eating this chicken in a well lighted area, red could be seen near the bone in almost every piece! We didn't die from it but I would certainly never order this product again. I don't think this is a good thing at all. This was a while ago, and I probably should have called them about this at that time but didn't.

If you order the broasted chicken, check it in a well lit area, you ll never notice it in subdued lighting.
