Today I ordered some wings. I generally order from this location because the wings and service are generally better than the location around the corner from my house. Somehow I mistakenly ordered Buffalo instead of my usual plain wings they were completely saturated in sauce. I didn't realize the mistake until I got home and then double checked my order from my email and it turns out yup totally my fault. I usually order when I am not feeling well as the plain wings do not affect my stomach negatively So I called the manager to explain the situation and well there was no resolve other than it being uggesting to rinse them and bake them in the oven as they are rinsed befire being cooked anyways. Yah i dont think thats the same thjng. There was no offer to bring them back up for them to remake or anything. I understand it was my mistake but apparently making sure the customer is satisfied is not one of ther priorities either. So I had to rinse my wings in water to remove all the sauce. I opted for the air fryer as that is a quicker option however they were still very soggy and unfortunately the sauce had already absorbed into the skin so even saturating in ranch dressing didn't help. Also what in the heck, several of the wings at least 6 of the wings I got were almost half the size of the others. If you aren't going to give full size wings give an additional wing. Not that it matters since I am unable to eat them and ultimately had to throw them away, but I am really disappointed that nothing was done about this and I just threw $30 down the drain and now I have to figure something else out for dinner.
