Today I ordered some wings. I generally order from this location because the wings and service are generally better than the location around the corner from my house. Somehow I mistakenly ordered Buffalo instead of my usual plain wings they were completely saturated in sauce. I didn't realize the mistake until I got home and then double checked my order from my email and it turns out yup totally my fault. I usually order when I am not feeling well as the plain wings do not affect my stomach negatively So I called the manager to explain the situation and well there was no resolve other than it being uggesting to rinse them and bake them in the oven as they are rinsed befire being cooked anyways. Yah i dont think thats the same thjng. There was no offer to bring them back up for them to remake or anything. I understand it was my mistake but apparently making sure the customer is satisfied is not one of ther priorities either. So I had to rinse my wings in water to remove all the sauce. I opted for the air fryer as that is a quicker option however they were still very soggy and unfortunately the sauce had already absorbed into the skin so even saturating in ranch dressing didn't help. Also what in the heck, several of the wings at least 6 of the wings I got were almost half the size of the others. If you aren't going to give full size wings give an additional wing. Not that it matters since I am unable to eat them and ultimately had to throw them away, but I am really disappointed that nothing was done about this and I just threw $30 down the drain and now I have to figure something else...
Read moreI moved out of state for 13 years and it took me a few more to order Marco's because I just wasn't a huge fan of their pizza before I moved but would occasionally get their cheesy bread which I always liked. After TRYING multiple times to order from PH online and having someone call me and tell me they can't deliver and I would need to pick it up because it would take 3 hours to deliver it! I sent emails to them and absolutely no response...I guess they don't want my business anymore after ordering from there about once/week for the past 25 years or so. I've ordered from Marco's about a month or so ago for the first time in a while and I was very happy with the pizza so I ordered again the next week. That time I had a guy call me and tell me they were out of the jalapeno ranch and if regular ranch was ok...ya, no problem. When I got my pizza there were extra ranches and jalapeños...that's how you let a customer know that you actually do care! I wouldn't have been upset if they didn't but it was super nice that they did. I've worked in the service industry for years so I get accidents can happen occasionally(we're are all human!)it's how you handle things after that really matter. Read moreI live in Fairview Park and I heard that Marcos just started serving cauliflower pizza so i went Online to order one. After several hiccups, I was able to place my order.
After picking up my order I got home and realized it was not. a cauliflower pizza. I do not eat bread due to my diet so i called the store and spoke to Andre the manager.He refused to give me my money back because the receipt did not state cauliflower pizza. I told him I was sure I selected cauliflower pizza because I do not eat bread. He refused to make me another pizza w cauliflower crust and even stated "bring the police if you want". I asked him for the corporate number and Andre told me he didn't know it and i could look it up online. I was upset and frustrated and suggested to him how he should and could have handled the situation but he wouldn't let me finish my sentences and I had to hang up on him. This was all over a small cauliflower pizza w chicken, tomato, spinach and white sauce where the online ordering site most likely had technical issues and Andre of the North Olmsted Marcos didn't know how to be professional and rectify a simple customer service situation.
Very disappointed in André's inabilities as a manager and customer service skills
