When I walk into the establishment, they remember my usual order. This place checks all the boxes and always gets the order right and adds my extra matcha at no cost and with a smile. Lastly, never have a complain as the items served are fresh tasting. The customer service is consistent and exceptional.

I went back and read the reviews and sometimes hiring the wrong people can bring down your establishment. I go in the mornings and the place is ran by Shenelle, who is exceptional and really should have her own Dunkin’ Donuts franchise.

NEVER order from this place!!! We used Uber eats to get coffee and donuts from here because we’re waiting for our car to be shipped from our of state. We placed our order online and a few moments later they called to tell us they didn’t have the donuts we wanted. So we chose something else. We placed our order at 6:04pm and they kept delaying our delivery. The order finally arrived at 7:35pm. When we opened our bags, not only did they screw up the sizes of our order but they also DIDN’T pack our donuts?!!! Yet, we were charged for the donuts. They tell you to call if there’s any issues but when you call no one picks up. The hot chocolate was watered down, it tasted bad! The coffees were loaded with sugar, can’t even taste the coffee! I gave them 1 star because you can’t do 0!!!! Go...

This is probably one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ordered from. They never have the donuts you want no matter the time. I made an Uber esta order and they completely messed up the water. I ordered Iced coffee with caramel and creamer and it arrived with no creamer. I don't know how they managed not out in creamer when the label clearly said creamer on it in big letters. I ordered that coffee with 4 pumps of caramel (because it was a medium) and it tasted like there was 1 pump on a medium coffee?!? The coffee was so watered down it looked like tea. My order was almost 25 dollars I could've easily spent...
