Hardee’s — Restaurant in North Platte

I would give negative Star if it was an option! Unfortunately nI didn't take a picture inside the Hardee's area or the view of the kitchen area. My daughter ordered before noticing how absolutely disgusting it was. The guy that took the order was also filling order.. supposed to..all work stations were filthy..trash pulled overflowing everywhere..he was acting like he was stoned and couldn't focus on a task. The manager on duty was called when I told him to cancel the order..he couldn't even function to fill a lemonade. The manager also looked scrubby. A gentleman came up while we were waiting to pick up an order..nodded in agreement when I cancelled ours after I pointed out to him how gross the back area was. The employees at the connected gas station said Hardee's rents that area out and will probably loose their contract with as many complaints as have been made in the last...

Experience was depressing. Went at 930 on a Friday night. Menu lights were not on and it was dark. I had asked if there was menu lights to which they said they didn't have it, then after I pulled forward with family another customer pulls up to the drive thru and suddenly the menu lights up. 😐 after receiving my food I drove around to clarify, the menu that was not lit up, was now lit up with a robot voice saying sorry we are closed.

Tried to order jalenpeno popper bites and othe rmenu items to hear sorry we are out, which is cool if they are but with how cold my brothers fries were my bet is they closed early because they had other plans. Whichever, their plan was, it ruined my experience with hardys and do not feel the necessary need to return.

Customer service is #1 in my book and that was just a fat guy...

Just wanted to share something I have went to Arby’s for many years I spend quite a bit of money there a year and so do a lot of my friends I would go there because my order was always right. But to day they were human and made a mistake so I called and asked if they could deliver me the one I ordered they told me sorry but there was no way they could deliver me what I ordered. So I’m still hungry so I called Hardee’s and told them what had happened and that I never had ate there guess what they offered to deliver me a sandwich to my house. They now have a customer for life that is going to tell this story a lot. I gave Arby’s plenty of chances even called there corporate off but nobody could do anything.
