Taco John's — Restaurant in North Platte

We went through the drive through to order our food! I have food restrictions that I can eat! I can not have lettuce or tomato as I’m allergic to them! We ordered a six pack and a pound without sauce no tomato and no lettuce. 2 drinks and 2 taco bravos for family .. got home and everyone of the tacos in the six pack in a pound had lettuce tomato and sauce on them! I can’t eat any of my food ... because the people who prepared my food didn’t care to Make my food the way it was ordered! We are very disappointed in this and it’s not been the first time this has happened and had to go and have it fixed while we dine in at the other North Platte location!! Thought this would be different!! Thanks employees you could of caused me serious health issues had I not looked and yet we spent $26 on a meal we could not eat!! Not sure I ever want...

Don't waste your time. I ordered something called street tacos that were supposed to be beef, but I had a hard time finding any meat on the tacos. I ordered the combo meal and was never asked what I wanted for my side item. Service was terrible as well. When I walked in I was told that someone would be there in a minute. 5 minutes later someone showed up to take my order. I asked if they could change the tv to the football game. Was told the manager was working on changing the tv. Meanwhile I ate my meal and the tv was never changed. I was in there around 20 minutes. Basically I will stick with Taco Bell or any other...

Normally myself and my family love Taco John's... But on this particularly day and October 2023 no. We got our normal we got four bean burritos with lettuce and sauce, ole, a drink and then we split a super ole. So they didn't charge us for all of the burritos... So I didn't want to say anything.... The ice machine was broke, the pop Dr Pepper it was flat, the food did not taste right especially the super ole....that evening my hub and myself felt awful... Our stomachs were upset along with other things not gonna post ... It was not what it was when been...
