Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in North Port

Went to the old location a few times but when Buffalo Wings and Rings opened up on Toledo Blade We had no reason to go to BWW. We stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday. The dining room was seat yourself and this was the start of the problem. The place was severely understaffed and when the server came to the table she said sorry about the wait (it wasn't that long) I just had 3 groups come in and sit on my side. She was very friendly but you could tell she was VERY overworked and was doing her best to keep up. It was not her fault that management doesn't know how to run the place. The menu was VERY disappointing to say the least. I was planning on ordering wings as I remembered them to be not bad. The wings were WAY overpriced I know I used to get wings and fries for less than $16 but that's what it is now. I know I did not pay that. I ended up with a Buffaleto or something. It was good but not what I expected. It sounded like a buffalo quesadilla it was more like buffalo soft tacos. Again not bad at all it was actually very good but I just felt that everyone's meal was to small for the price. My wife even commented that the prices weren't that far off from what we paid at the Cheesecake Factory a week ago. Buffalo Wild Wings is hardly in the same category as Cheesecake Factory. The server did her best but drinks went unfilled for long periods of time and she always seemed very rushed. Hardly the service you would expect at the prices. The real kicker was the condition of the bathroom. I'm used to mens rooms looking less than clean but this one was hands down disgusting. If my 3 year old didn't have to go so bad I would have walked her to one of the stores in the shopping center. I would have maybe expected the bathroom to look like it did after a long night with a major game on but it was 3 on a Saturday there was no excuse. Management seems to be a major issue with this location and with the poor value I really have no reason to go back to a Buffalo Wild Wings ever. If you're looking for wings try Buco Lupo across the street (in the old Buffalo Wild Wings location) or drive up to Toledo and Price and go to Buffalo Wings and Rings both MUCH better...

Would've left no stars if given the choice. After choosing BWWs over a few other options at 11PM, I left extremely disappointed and honestly shocked at how a restaurant could be ran in such a way. Staff was clearly aggravated that a party of 4 walked in ONE HOUR prior to close. We left and took our business elsewhere due to the staff stating they've already done last call. (Last call an hour before close is unheard of and absolutely unnecessary!!) I'm a restaurant manager of a large company and have been for 15 years. The attitude from the host, server, bartender AND manager, was appalling. I would terminate each one of them if I was corporate and found out the way they are treating the very people who keep the lights on and doors open. I'm on vacation and chose your establishment bc we genuinely enjoy the food and atmosphere. Tuesday 9/18/23 at 11PM, was unfortunately the worst encounter I've ever experienced at a restaurant. My restaurant closes at 12AM through the week as well and if customers come in at 11:55PM, it is my duty for my staff and I to take care of them just like we would as if they were our first customer of the day. Idk how a "diversified," company that strives on sales could allow their employees to act in such a manner. I have a vacation home here in FL and visit several times a year. I understand first hand the industry and I appreciate the work in a way that some do not. The way this staff behaved was a shame. To the RM/DO/VP of this company- this is why your sales are probably down and most likely at a trend after a certain time if I had to take an educated guess. If hours of operation are posted on the door and online as 11AM-12AM, idk why the kitchen would shut down equipment at 11PM. Extremely distasteful and unfortunate for the company as a whole. Me, nor my party of 3 will ever be back to this location due to your staff that you allow to run this location.

Before dining here, think twice. Id suggest taking your business to Applebees across the street. Their staff knows how to run a business successfully and make their guests feel welcomed regardless of the...

Place is a joke. We have tryed here so meny times only becues my wife really likes the food If not like it for about 4 years now everything just seems cheap and not much new stuff on the menu..we use to go here in Ohio once every week and was always good we been here awile now and been trying it and place in on and off with everything sometimes good too some times good service but never both some times you don't get good service or food..just went a week ago becues family wanted to go I didn't want to but they said they would pay let me say I'll never do that again...there was Probably 5 tables with people we were waiting for probably 10 mins till someone came up to seat us...we finally got waited on took forever to get food when we did my wife's was cold everyone's else's was ok she returned it and was ok the food that day was not bad..the service the girl was nice but very confused and lost she came back to are table I'm not sure how meny times and asked if we needed anything witch would have been good when we said yes if she would have remembered it...I asked for a drink 3 times never got one she would just come back again and ask if I needed anything and I said again water never did see that water but she did ask again at the end if I needed anything I just laughed and said just the check witch that's another story took forever to get her to take it and to bring the check back.. she would just say she was busy never seen here doing anything but running around all the others girls were bring out the food for her so she can't use that also 2 other takes left beside us becues they never did get waited on and the people behind us was there when we arrived and when we left and they were just as mad waiting to leave...the so called manager witch was a guy made one appearance to just look anger but never did anything...this is just one bad time here I could right for days in my opinion they need new managers and they need to train better witch comes from the managers...worst...
