Have you ever worked in retail, and wondered where’s the store that’s like the role model store that corporate uses for all of its training videos and such? Well so did I, and then I experienced shopping at a Beall’s Outlet for the first time. I’ve lived in the US for 11 years and I have never encountered any place of business as clean, neatly organized, and just overall, amazing. Simply amazing. We literally walked in 17 min before closing time and found everything we needed, in our sizes and our kids size, and at a great price. The staff was so calm and professional, if it wasn’t closing time, I would’ve signed up for the rewards program too, I think I’ll just end up doing that online though. Anyway, I just wanted to give a shout out to the amazing staff and the great job they’re doing, clearly this is where everyone needs to visit to see for themselves what calm and collective looks like in the world of retail. It’s not retail in this store, it’s detail that matters. That’s right, I said it. In all the years that I've been shopping there I've never had a problem and then yesterday I had my hands on a specific top and then got mixed up and didn't get the right size so I made four attempts to call that store at different hours of the day today to ask someone to go back and check for that top and please call me one way or the other so I knew whether to come in not once did anybody return that call and every time I call I got a different person with a different excuse that said that they would do it the last time I called return my call and everybody had a different excuse every time I called I will never ever and I'm a good shopper there I spend several hundred dollars anytime I go in there I will never shop at that disgusting story again customer service is...

I am not going into the outlet in a quite a period of time. I was surprised at how many different items that they had to offer. Great prices! I was able to wrap up our Christmas shopping for some of those hard to please people. They also had a great selection of holiday themed ornaments, and decorations. They also had a great section for pets! While I was going through each area I also noticed that they had quite a bit of items for the Bakers and those that love to cook in your life.
