Its a challenge to find an alternative to Bath and Body Works for health and beauty products. However, Buff City Soap definitely offers a wide variety of scented soaps and cleaners. The staff is always welcoming and offers assistance upon arrival during all of my visits. The staff answers all my questions and presents suggestions based on my needs. I recommend signing up for their customer program to save up points on every purchase. I originally had some samples given to us by my work. Among these one of my favorite is the Black Raspberry Vanilla which has a purple swirl color pattern. It's not overwhelming with a sweet smell. Next, the kids really liked the Fruity Loopy which smells like Fruit Loops cereal! If you're in the area stop by these products make great gifts and work well. Lastly, after using the bar soaps even though they may seem expensive they last in a high traffic sink for over a couple of months. I look forward to trying more of their products...

I will start by saying that I love buff city soaps, oils, lotions and I make sure I stop often when I am in the area. I also make some very large purchases. However 5 of us visited this store on Saturday July 20th 2024 and I have to say we had a horrible experience with the rudeness we encountered as soon as we stepped into the store. These employees embarrassed us in front of the whole store. Shouting at us from behind the counter because apparently we were not " smelling " the product correctly. Totally uncalled for and unprofessional. Then when checking out another employee felt the need to reiterate to my family member again how we were wrong. We didn't know your " rules" and apologized but no need for rudeness. I'm sorry I even purchased anything now. Not to mention family members did as well. You used to be one of my favorite stores and was planning a girls night to make our own soaps....
