Teriyaki express — Restaurant in North Randall

This place messed up our order and forgot to add the vegetable to the order. We ordered through Uber Eats and when the food was delivered we called them to inquire as to why there were no vegetables with our order even though the menu states vegetables come with the order. We ordered 4 chicken teriyaki's. 2 with everything and fried rice. 1 with white rice and NO VEGETABLE and then 1 with fried rice but no mushrooms. When they delivered it all entrees had no vegetables. When we called the restaurant the cashier stated that none of their meals come with vegetables. We order from this restaurant on a weekly basis. We are a place of business. We go in there and not ever have they stated vegetables were not included in the meal. The menu itself states this. When we spoke with the cashier she was VERY rude. We could not get a clear name but it sounded like Diego or Digo was the name. We asked to speak to a supervisor and she stated that the supervisor refused to speak with us. She flat out told us that we would not have anything resolved and that we were wrong because their meals do not include vegetables. Then after reading off the menu she stated yes it does include vegetables and if we wanted them we needed to come up there an get them. We paid an upcharge to order through Uber Eats because we are business and unfortunately we cannot leave our office to grab the vegetables. At the end of the conversation they stated that nothing will be resolved and we could not speak with a supervisor. The business that I am in deals STRICTLY with customer service ALL DAY LONG!!!! The restaurant CLEARLY was in the wrong and would do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to resolve their mistake. I have a print out of the order that shows the specifics of what was ordered. Our company is a large company that has frequented this restaurant almost weekly between all of our employees even daily at times. We will not be coming back to this restaurant based off the very POOR service we experienced...

Very disappointed I had my mind set to place a order for myself some shrimp and chicken hibachi and what I got was not delicious at all like it was a couple of years ago. Let's start off with the shrimp which did not taste like it was fresh it had a very weird taste to it, then we have the chicken tiny bits of chicken and it was burnt, the vegetables were so drowned in the oil or sauce they were very overcooked ( mushy ) like limp vegetables the rice did not have like that flavor it normally has it was very bland and had to much oil. For $ 16.00 it really was a waste. I experienced better food from this restaurant years ago. The young guy that took my order was not welcome at all in fact I asked about the sauce for the crab racoon and he showed me packs of duck sauce that's not what I get else where then I asked about egg roll and they only sold vegetable egg rolls. Just not the place anymore for me. Compared to most take-out hibachi restaurants, this brand is inexpensive yet offers just as much as it’s competitors. It’s obvious the noodles are a little cheaper in quality, as they have more of an airy taste and not as heavy as other places. The quality of the hibachi shrimp with noodles I had was okay. There have been multiple instances where the shrimp is over cooked, hard and rubbery/bouncy. If very busy, the five chairs might be full so you’ll end up standing while waiting.
