I went to eat here with my neighbor. We wanted soup and salad. She wants extra of items I don’t want in my salad, we requested separate. Waitress said I’ll bring you one and put all items as sides, build your own. Ummm, we said no we want separate. When the Salad and soup was put on table she left. Never came back with the cheese for the items we had gotten. No bread sticks, no extra salad dressing, no Alfredo sauce. After the soup got cold waiting I went to find anyone for assistance. She brought one not the two salad dressings we ordered, two bread sticks and no cheese for soup or salad. Went to get a manager, he came and when we tried to explain what was going on and we didn’t want this server he was quick to shut us down, that’s the past I’m here I’ll assist. Not wanting to hear what we were going thru just trying to get our order and eat where we were comfortable was made worse by his lack of customer care or concern. Nothing will change if you don’t listen to what happened wrong. The cheese never came and the waitress we asked not to come back, dropped off soup at our table not saying a word and went right next to us and asked that table was there anything she could get them. Heck had she done that with us we could have told her early on everything we were missing. Finally the Manager came with cheese and I’m like trying to say something about us not getting it when the food was first given. He shrugged it off like we were crazy and I told him this has never happened at any of the restaurants we have gone to and I don’t know how long he has worked there but it’s always been asked for customers if they want cheese in the soup or salad. He’s like no not always. That’s a lie, it’s like they always do this. Then he brings my friend soup took her old one but gave her no spoon to eat it with. I had to get up from the table three times to get things we needed to start eating. The bartender Crystal was given our table and finally we were given good service. It was the worst experience with trying to enjoy a dinner out. Waitress and Manager need serious help with dealing with customers. We weren’t mad till we were made uncomfortable and we’re basically not listened to, manager Interrupted us every time we tried to talk. I wonder if the manager treats the employees like he treats his customers. If you don’t listen to what happened you truly have not or will fix anything. Customers or Employees! We paid our bill and tipped Crystal very well. We won’t recommend anyone going to this location. It was beyond...
Read moreThis is bizarre and a little angering to point out. But today when I dined with my family, I noticed the hostess was separating the tables based on the Race of the server. I was there 2.5 excruciating hours having the worst dining experience. So I was people watching other tables wishing I had another server. That’s when I noticed. No matter what tables came in all white guests for the white server and all Hispanic guests for Hispanic server. I have been a restaurant manager so i was trying to see why our service was horrible. As I watched I thought is her table rotation off? Was she just helping out in this section and she forgot about us? At first I thought maybe that’s just coincidence. But when the second wave of tables came in, and it was situated in the same exact way, I knew it was intentional. And that needs to be stopped immediately. That’s ridiculous. Courtney took long breaks in between coming to the table like 15 minutes or so. On the service side. First she charged us for items that she didn’t ring in correctly for example, we order the kids shrimp Alfredo, with a side of broccoli,. She forgot the shrimp and the broccoli and then re-rang it in and then charged us, for it. Then when dropped at the end of the table the shrimp was undercooked and the broccoli was hard. She forgot my cheese sticks app and my 13 year old daughter was very disappointed. She forgot my salad. She didn’t want to refill our drinks. I had the bottomless soup and salad, but she kept forgetting both. She threw stuff at the end of the table and if we tried to asked for stuff she walked off before we were done talking. I mean mid sentence like “may I have” and she was gone. When she was coming around the corner with our salad. She popped a couple of the toppings in her mouth real quick before making the corner. Then she put cheese on our salad as she was chewing some of the toppings that she had just pulled off. It was terrible! We had to grab our own to-go boxes. Because I couldn’t stay any longer with a 1 year old baby and the 2.5 hours with the worst service imaginable. I’ve been coming here since I was in Highschool and now that I’ve seen that this Olive Garden location is segregating guests and the service is beyond terrible I don’t plan on coming back. There’s no way you could walk through your restaurant on any given day and not notice some thing like that. You should really be ashamed of yourselves. I just want a good server that gives me a...

DISAPPOINTING FOOD I went with my family right when they opened and they sat us in an enclosed area with a round table since we were a big party. Everything was looking like normal, we got our entrees and then our plates, until, one of us found an insect (roach) in their plate(Shrimp Alfredo). They had poured some spice into their plate so they started to mix it and that’s when they saw it.It was quite big like about the size of a bean but much bigger. Like civilized people, we didn’t start to overreact and start to yell. Instead we went to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. At that point, like anyone else, we didn’t have the appetite or desire to eat any of our own plates. We didn’t feel at ease to eat since one of us found an undesired pest in their food. So we basically left or plates almost whole.
DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH MANAGER After we went to speak to the front desk, It took the manager 15 minutes to come over and attend us. Before that the waitress was the only one who would come and check on us every so often. She was the only one who respectfully said sorry for the inconvenience and ACTUALLY brought the manager over. When the manager actually came she didn’t even say sorry or apologized. She walked in and asked to see the plate, then started to pick up everyone else’s. She asked if we wanted all the plates re-made,but the second we said no thank you ( since we had already spent enough time sitting there) she turned all serious and with an attitude. Then she started to take the plates when I asked what else will proceed after this but she dismissively answered that she will just take our plates. She then just left us there pondering what we should do, when she came back with a check and told us she took care of everything and just left a drink so we could pay it as a TIP. At the end we just left a TIP for the waitress and we left without any apologies from them.
This experience was extremely disappointing since we loved going here often, but after this encounter we will most likely not be going back again anytime soon. After this experience, Olive Garde has lost some...
