We had an amazing dining experience at Mi Pueblo Mexican restaurant and I couldn't wait to leave a review to share my thoughts! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the entire evening.
The food at Mi Pueblo is nothing short of spectacular. Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and authenticity. The flavors and spices used in their Mexican cuisine were a true delight to the taste buds. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented, showing great attention to detail.
Speaking of details, the margaritas here are a must-try! They were the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess, and they were expertly crafted. I must say, they were some of the best margaritas I've had in a long time. They complemented our meal perfectly and made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service we received from Zoila. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure that every aspect of our dining experience was top-notch. She was knowledgeable about the menu and was more than happy to offer suggestions and answer any questions we had. Her warm smile and professionalism added to the overall positive atmosphere of the restaurant.
Mi Pueblo Mexican restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite places to dine. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates great Mexican cuisine, delicious margaritas, and outstanding service. Thank you, Mi Pueblo, for an unforgettable evening, and a special shout-out to Zoila for making our visit extra special! We can't wait to return for another...
Read moreWe had just reactive our meals no more that 5 minutes when our Waitress dropped salsa bowls on floor near us, splashed on me, my daughter, my food, our booth, and the glass divider wall. She apologized and left toward back but was giggling by the computer in the back. I sent my food back as salsa from floor splashed my food. I was very embarrassed, my friend wiped salsa from my hair. When I saw the waitress laughing in the back I became angry. A different waitress walked toward her and our waitress laughed and told the other waitress something then the other waitress looked at me as our waitress laughed then walked away. There were a couple of ladies sitting in a table closer to where our waitress was laughing, they looked at me and then back at the laughing waitress and just nodded their heads. Another employee came by our booth and asked if I wanted to order something else but I was too upset to eat. I said no and showed her the salsa on the back of our booth and where I had to wipe it off of my daughter’s jersey. Our waitress came over 30 minutes later to ask if anyone wanted refills then said, “It was clean salsa it’s not like someone had eaten out of it. It could’ve been worse.” When she brought our bill she said, “I took you meal off.” Yea after being humiliated and slashed with salsa, being laughed at and literally taken only 2 spoonfuls of my meal the best they could do was comp the meal that I sent back....
Read moreThis restaurant used to be our go to, but after tonight I can’t imagine ever going back. We sat at our table at 6:30 and ordered right away. We always order the same easy meals at any Mexican restaurant (enchiladas, chimichanga, and a cheese quesadilla for my 1 year old). After we ordered, other couples came and sat at the surrounding tables. Those people ordered and received their food before we ever saw our waitress again. At this point our toddler is getting very agitated because we have been sitting with no food for 45 minutes, and people at other tables were offering us their food so we could feed our hungry kid. Finally, we see our waitress and my husband walked over to her to tell her that if our food wasn’t out in the next few minutes we are going to leave. All of a sudden our food came out, but they brought the wrong entree for my son. We corrected the waitress who brought out the food and continued to wait for our correct order. About 15 minutes later we still did not have our correct food, and I told our waitress that we were going to be leaving. After all of this the manager came out and said he get our quesadilla and box our food up for us to go. I refused now that it was an hour we had been waiting for our dinner and an antsy toddler was not going to wait around any longer. It’s so sad at the decline of what used to be my favorite place to grab a good dinner, and the lack of caring...
