Unfortunately I didn't get my food nor my money refunded. I asked for grilled chicken tacos to go. After paying I noticed my receipt said dine in so I politely informed the cashier of the mistake. After I sat down again I noticed she put shredded instead of grilled so went to inform her again. This time she got an attitude and insisted that I said shredded. She said I would have to pay the difference which wasn't that much however she kept repeating herself saying that she repeated the order back, ultimately insinuating it was my fault. At this point I didn't want to argue so I asked for a refund. She said there are no cash refunds and I would have to accept a gift card. When I asked her to show me where this policy is stated, she then changed it to come back tomorrow to speak with the manager Sarah. I asked her if I could leave my information and she said no. I said again I'd like to leave my information and she said angrily that she would tell her. Then she turns away to speak with the other works in Spanish about the situation. I left without food and my money. I'm willing to update my review if this issue is resolved in a timely manner because I have no problem with the food. I just had grilled chicken tacos a few days ago and they were delicious which is why I returned today. But to be treated rudely due to someone else's mistake is unprofessional and unnecessary. Update spoke with Sarah the next day; she was very polite and issued a refund...

I want to start off with stating I pride myself in being someone super patient with food industry. Anyone that knows me personally knows this, our kids know this (and are the same). I was raised in the food industry, worked in it and my husband has worked in it for a LONG time.

The food I received from this particular location last time, it's like they lost the lid to their salt shaker, dumped so much of it on the food burned my mouth, and sent it on its way. This time I went in and the kitchen staff were loud and crude. (I also get this and it's cool they're this comfortable with one another, but you're going to end up with an offended customer eventually with the cussing going on), so just be careful here. The restaurant was dirty. And I had to wait at the front for a while before anyone even acknowledged I was there. I'm also short, so I could excuse this easily... But imagine if someone shorter or even in a wheelchair, possibly not even being known that they're there because the front staff are back there chitchatting with friends.

Anywho, I'm hoping the food is better this time. I only came back because I'm a sucker for the grilled shrimp tacos. That's what was messed up last time and I'm hoping they're great this time.

I just want to see y'all thrive here. There's 6 cars here right now at supper time and I feel I must not be the only one having a bad time here recently.

🤞Hoping to it...

Something very strange happend at Fuzzy's on Rufe Snow on Saturday July 19. I frequent this establishment and today was weird. My boyfriend and I arrived around 12:40pm and ordered nachos and margarita each. At 1:40pm, my boyfriend ordered another margarita. While we were waiting on some friends to arrive, my boyfriend ordered another margarita at 2:27pm. A total of 3 margaritas for one person, in 3 hours (this is normal) Friends had still not arrived after 3pm and boyfriend tries to order margarita at 3 :45pm and "Angela Hernandez" tells him no and that he is "too drunk". It is still a mystery how she came to thos conclusion as she had just clocked in. He comes back to the table to tell me what she said so go to the counter to inquire what this is all about. She proceeds to tell me that she is not going to lose her job because she felt my friend was drunk. I asked her why she would even think she would lose her job and that she had just arrived to her shift. He did not drive himself there. I thought the entire engagement to be odd in that she kept smiling strangely as if she was on some kind of drugs. I have never experienced this type of bartender incompetence so this was new to me. Fuzzy's, please train your staff or else we will not return. I retain all receipts complete with time stamps should you choose to inquire about this...

Want to worry that your silverware hasn't been washed and you may get a communicable disease? This is the place! We came here at the recommendation of Firestone two blocks away. It looked like it was empty @8 am. This was a sign. We should have sought another breakfast restaurant. We ordered breakfast taco plates. My order was wrong, but the friendly cashier came with two more tacos. The shredded beef was dry. I took the least dirty flatware and wiped it off. We won't be back. When we arrived, there was no music and several men working. There were a handful of folks working on their computers. "A Pirate's Life for Me" was a game playing over and over like a surreal nightmare. Update: the restaurant asked to contact me. I emailed them back and didn't see a response. I have never put such a low rating. I give the benefit of the doubt. This was terrible.

I used to love coming here and getting the shrimp enchiladas, but it seems like every time I try something different, my order is messed up. Tonight, I ordered the Birria bowl and confirmed that it only has the listed ingredients. What I received was something completely different, the brisket bowl. The wrong item was rang in, which is understandable since the music is sometimes so loud you have to shout to order. It's just disappointing that it keeps happening. The other adult in my party had their order made incorrectly (and rang up incorrectly as well since shred cheese and shred lettuce are right next to each other) but they had theirs fixed since it's a dietary problem. The kiddo's nachos were perfect, though, so at least there's that🤷‍♀️

We used to enjoy coming here but today's visit was less than stellar. They are sacrificing quality to save a buck it seems. The queso tasted grainy, almost like a powder mix or something, it was truly awful and the pork nachos I ordered were covered in that queso, but also included a free bone! Would have done serious damage had I not noticed it before taking that bite. And the final straw was my very dry and almost overcooked fish taco, very... chewy. We won't be back and I don't think we'll be missed, it seems whoever owns this establishment typically only replies to the "glowing" reviews that boost them up.
