I Love ā¤ļø this place ! I think Chick-fil-A make a right decision ! I went today to local KFC it was only me, employees, one girl at another corner on the break and family of 3 mid age adults with kids. I got perfectly clean & safe way my food and cup for drink handed with a single lid & straw, napkins in the bag, even I eat inside. I think they really step up their game to make a customer feel very good in this times of virus outbreak. Unfortunately all my experience here this day disappointed in middle sitting area this family guests. After their was done eating & before they left this place, their start like 3 of them cough like crazy. Itās feels like their got planned this (but I think not). That was like bomb dropped around their table, not covering their mouths, just like donāt give a F..n s**t about what happens, sprinkling the area & exit door. Some peoples just donāt care about other peoples well-being. After their left I look around (noticed more can be sweeps) & ask Manager to clean whole place . Placed order through the drive through, was missing a potion of my order and was charged for it so I pulled back around through the drive through to explain to them I was missing something. They told to me it was in the "other box" in my bag. I took their word for it and pulled up since there was another customer behind me. Again, it was still missing. So I went inside the store to show them and tcome to find out another 2 items were also missing (biscuits). While they gave me the food that was initially missing, they told me and I quote "if you want your biscuits you will have to wait 7 minuets." To summarize, I came through the drive thru right at closing time and ordered some chicken breast and was told they did not have anymore cooked because closing time was within 20 minutes. Brandon who was working the window consulted with his manager (Abel) and together Abel & Brandon recognized a bad situation and together they turned a bad deal into a very satisfied customer. They complimented my dinner with extra chicken and coleslaw for the inconvenience. I was extremely satisfied KFC customer Thanksvtonthe dedication of these two employees. These guys deserve a ā10ā and I will be back to do business with this Establishment again. KFC takes good care of thier customers!!ā
