That was utterly mortifying because if nothing else it was beyond the absolute absurdity or deplorable distain for lack of customer service that most people of my generation are used to getting from McDonald’s, but this was certifiable. Not only did they have all the doors locked two hours ahead of closing time. A fellow customer caught the door to ask what was going on as someone exited the building, the custodian told her in Spanish that the only door open was on the other side of the building so we all went to that side of the building and within 20 minutes of arriving, we were allowed to finally get our food with busted up packets of sauce And an attitude to go with it we were told that we had to leave. I responded with the appropriate tone and stated that the hours on the door and the website say 10 PM. She shrugged her shoulders and said so, which means I repeated myself the door says 10 PM. She said fine well I’m turning off the lights on you and I said go ahead. I would like to point out that they have gospel music of some sort playing in the lobby. I would also like to point out that there was no way a single person except for maybe the custodian had any manners as a human whatsoever. She probably would like to know that I spoke to at least listen to her as to the inhumane ways they were speaking to her from Behind the counter
There was a Iroll and a puff every time we asked for something and she refused to speak to my very polite children who are always trying to learn from adults on how to speak to people in public and my adorable daughter decided to go up there and let her politely know that the packets were busted and that we would like other ones please. The lady rolled her eyes, shoved it in her hands , and decided that we were no better than dirt under her shoes which was very possible because the nice custodian had not done behind the counter yet
The toilet seat in the women’s bathroom had stains, and had scratches on it, which is not correct for a public place, and there was no sign on any door which told of the impromptu change in hours. which is not allowed. I could probably go on for days, as I’m talk texting this on my drive home, but hopefully the other lady that left an absolute dismay will be helpful in reminding the staff and the ownership and the manager to do their job and getting correct people and sadly I do think it was one of the at least shift managers that was speaking to us and such a derogatory manner. But we left a nice custodian a little gift.
I most likely would not have been so to the point in this review, except for it’s not the first time we’ve had almost the exact same situation and heard about it from others
They did not deliver our order to us the way we requested, nor when they gave us our drinks where we given...
Read moreIf I could rate them a zero I would. I went in this morning and order on the app. I ordered specifically a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin, large sweet ice tea, and a large coffee with 6 creams and 8 Splenda. The app verified what I ordered and asked me to put in the stall number for pickup since I was already there. I did and then it supposedly had an error. I went inside where a crew member confirmed my order and said it would be coming out. 17 minutes later and I still hadn’t received my order so I went inside and asked for my order. The whole crew was acting like they had no clue, no one knew about my order and finally someone stated that they had an order of coffee and sweet tea for stall #3. I told them I had also ordered a McMuffin and one of their crew members shouted it to the women filling my order. I felt like they were mocking me. They were very rude and not helpful at all. Finally someone says there was no McMuffin in my order. I blew a gasket and stormed out of their location. I love going to McDonald’s for coffee but I’ll be definitely not going there again. I called them and asked to speak to a manager and some ignorant female answered me and stated she was the manager. However, when I asked for a refund to my order she couldn’t give me one and put me on the phone with a much nicer lady. She offered to give me my money back and food but at this point I was just too angry and far from their location it would make no sense for me to go back so I simply hung up and let that be. Not much money lost to this order but I did feel unappreciated as a client, felt belittled by their attitude and tone to the point that I don’t ever wanna go back to any McDonalds even though I know they're not...
Read moreJust order urber eats and the driver shows up on time. When he handed me the order I ask him where the drinks were and he answered that he asked them because he saw the meals and they told him there were no drinks with the order. The driver told me he didn't know what to do about it and I told him no worrys I'll take care of it. So I checked the bags and it was not my order. I went to McDonald's and asked to speak with a manager and Ashley came to speak with me. When I told her urber brought me the wrong order she said he picked up the wrong order and when I questioned her about him asking them about the drinks she said she told him there were no drinks with the order. What made the maddest was that she tried to blame uber when I dont think he makes the food himself or goes behind the counter to pick it up. What really happened is she gave him the wrong order and still didn't catch the fact when he ask her for drinks that should have raised a red flag. The fact she never once took responsibility or apologized and blamed someone else led me to call her incompetent which she denied being. So they made my order while I waited and brought me two bags. I looked in them and still no drinks. I asked them how many times in one night can the get an order wrong. So she ask me if I wanted the cups to make them myself or if I wanted her to make them, I told her I wanted her to. After waiting awhile I walk to the register and hear the girl telling the manager Ashley that I asked her to make them. So not knowing what is going on I told them to give me the cups or make them because at this point I just want my family's food and drinks. I look at Ashley and told her this was the definition of...
