I expect more than just a cheap price when shopping at a box store. My experience left me frustrated while searching at least 5 different places for one product. All I wanted was a 32gb micro SD card that the store showed to have multiple on hand. After a 40min scavenger hunt, the store associate (5* for not giving up) found the lone unicorn. Disorganization will leave discouraged shoppers to just shop online. Amazon has the competitive edge with same day delivery and I expect it to only get better. Best Buy, if you want to keep your customers get your act together. This additional review comes after several visits to your store. The customer service has been lack luster and the employees need polish. With the exception of the one gentleman who found the SD card, employees would rather congregate and chat instead of giving exceptional service. One employee in particular gives off the attitude that you are wasting his time. He is not friendly and his approach discourages customers from asking questions. When he does answer a question it's like pulling teeth to get a clear answer. He is super vague and doesn't care to give the customer assistance in product knowledge. He is also satisfied in directing you to the area of the store where the product is and leave you to figure out the rest. He has assisted me 3 times total and his performance hasn't improved over time. During my most recent visit I purchased the GoPro Fusion. I previously looked at this camera while being assisted by the same associate as mentioned above. The difference in my buying decision was based on the information I gathered while in the store. One associate wanted to answer my questions and one didn't. One was friendly while the other wasn't. Still both employees need better training in product knowledge. Unless the time is taken to teach employees thier job sales will suffer. Neither employee made a suggestion for a better product, improved model or a camera with features that suited my requirements. Read moreOkay my husband and I we're having a strong conversation about whether or not we needed a mini deep freeze so I hate Walmart I make that very publicly known so I will shop around so I found Best buy online so any alternative to the other I will take even if it's even if it means $5 difference in their favor as long as I don't have to go there to Walmart so we walk into Best buy after I see an ad online now I'm still not happy with even getting a deep freeze okay however not only do I walk in a little snippy as we still have a strong discussion about whether or not we even need one and the money that we don't really have to put toward one so I walk in I walk to the appliances and lo and behold sitting all by itself in a corner is this cute little white deep freeze and $20 cheaper than the one he saw and it's cute and it's tiny okay cuz our apartment is efficiency studio type thing like there's no room in here so but the freezer refrigerator is just as tiny as the room so anyway the cutest little tiny deep freeze you ever saw in your life and I'm like well still a little pricey for me so this nice lady sweet nice lady I don't know if she just felt my uneasiness or my sniffiness and she says so I have one that's a little less expensive maybe a little smaller if you would like to look at it but it's still I think you fishing enough that would help you with your needs and I said you just read my mind I said okay show me and she said gladly and for the life of me I cannot remember this nice lady's name a short little blonde haired girl but absolutely great service she read my temperament she read my need she saw the situation she solved it all actually I'm sitting here with the cutest little mini deep freeze that she ever saw in your life it fits in my little little bitty apartment and now I'm able to store food so cuz my freezer is the size of the smallest microwave you've ever seen so I was like wow thanks Best buy so moral to this story is yes one more way to bury Walmart...

We Purchased in May refrigerator and dishwasher, installers charged me at my house extra and did an awful job, left everything with plastics, dishwasher terribly installed and the nightmare begins. Called the 1800 number explained the dishwasher kept falling every time it was open, kept sending same crew ( they wanted to charge me every time even though I have the geeksquad warranty ) and did nothing, they even broke the dishwasher, ordered a replace, I requested a different team, a new team arrived on December and I have hardwood on my kitchen, refused to cover shoes or floor even I provided everything, the open cabinets move everything without consulting, started making holes on my cabinets putting screws everywhere, I noticed they were not proficient, I started talking with them, they just arrived a few months ago from a Mexico caravan, “ you did this in your country?” Answered received “NO we just learned” this type of technicians BEst BuY sends to our homes. One month later the dishwasher detached and fall gain to the front, but is hanging just from one screw, now is making a strange noise, scratched the floor, broke the cabinets frame because the cabinet fall with the dishwasher. Went to the store and they have the WORST customer service, avoid this store, they only want your money but when you have an issue they treat you like trash. The are incapable to solve a problem, they say they just sell stuff, they give you an 1800 number that is answered somewhere in Asia, pretty nice people but they just take messages. This company is a real joke, put the complain on BBB called me back and left a voicemail with a fake callback number “ your call will be monitored…. This phone number is a non service phone number, Best Buy has disconnected pls contact 1888 bestbuy” is this for real????? This company should be sued!...
