Update: 11/15/23. The owner of this place must not care. The staff and this place is alway closed for some reason. When calling the hang up on you after 5 called no answer. I used to love this place but more that 4 years ago it started going down hill. It has not recovered the owner needs to get a good general manager to manage all of his locations because all of his places are ran the same way. Don't go here is is very bad customer service and attitude is very bad.
I love my Popeyes but the staff is not very good at taking care of their customers. You order and they spend 10 minutes talking in Spanish and laughing but your order is not complete. They take there time in fixing your order and you have to hope that they got it right.
Update: 03/17/2020 Today I ordered #8 Spicy Chicken Sandwich side red-beans and rice and a side of frys. Two snack packs. I received everything but the red-beans/rice. The lady that waited on me forgot to take my money which was setting by the register. While fixing my order she was talking to everyone but me even other customer that was spanish as while. They may want to start going thought each bag with each customer confirming what was ordered and what is in the bag before giving to the customer. This is why they have several bad reviews for wrong order.
Update 12/30/2020 I went in to this location and after entering and ordering a manager came out and locked the doors it was only about 1:30pm. The dinning room door was open and she locked it and opened up the side service door. When my food was ready I was told to go out of the service door which was on the other side of the build and where my car was parked. I said something to one of the ladies there and they did not understand me too well Spanish speaking only. There was another lady that was waiting for them to bring her food out to her and she was not happy that she had to walk all the way on the other side of the building, it was wet and raining. The manager should not have locked the doors with a customer inside or food that they had to give to customers that was waiting in there car. She could have stood by the door to finish the customers and then lock it but not to inconvenience customers because she did not want customer...
Read moreI had the worst experience at this Popeyes today...... I order 2 meals and ask for 1 to be spicy and 1 mild and to please sack them separately. When they handed them to me i ask which one is which ? They said im not sure and slammed the window shut . i then went in and ask to please speak to the manager and told him what happend and that i needed to know which was which ? He then grabbed the 1st bag and unwrapped the sandwich and said very rudely the darker ckicken is the spicy one . i then said sir i shouldn't have to look at the sandwich to see the differences and that they should have been marked . thats when i said that i had already contacted the corporate office about this store because of the portion sizes of the side orders he said I KNOW !!!!! I GOT YOUR COMPLAINT AND THAT CORPORATE IS NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT !!!!! I then said what do you mean their not ? And that they had better change the pictures on the signs in the store then !! Because its very misleading to show full bowls of food in the pics and only put a small portion in the sides . he just smirked as well as all of his employees in the store did. I felt ganged up on and got very upset and will admit o raised my voice because i just couldnt believe how rude they were all being to a customer that had been going into that store since it had opened . i went in there every thur for the daily special and every time was treated very hateful and all because i had called corp about the portion sizes . and they were mad at me and taking it out on me every visit . as i raised my voice the manager walked away and said YOU NEED TO SHUT UP !!!! I then became very shocked and upet . he then gave me back part of my money and when i said no I paid $15.00 HE SAID DO YOU HAVE YOUR RECEIPT ??? I in the car and that he could ask the gentleman at the window he then yelled at me again and said THATS A LADY NOT A MAN !!!!! He then gave me back my money and told me NOT TO EVER COME BACK AGAIN !!!! all of the employees were smiling and laughing ..... Read moreI had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member at your location. The middle-aged caucasion woman working there consistently exhibits a rude and aggressive tone whenever I visit. She is impatient while taking orders, and there is almost always an issue with the order being incomplete.
During one of my visits, I noticed two sides were missing from my drive-thru order after I got home. When I returned to retrieve the missing items, I politely explained the situation. She instructed me to drive up to the window. However, when she opened the window, she literally threw it at me and slammed the window shut.
I'm just a polite person picking up food for my brother, and I don't understand the hostility. Mistakes happen, and I don't even expect an apology for forgetting my order or not bagging everything. But a simple 'Have a good night' would have been more than enough.
There was absolutely no attitude or hostility from my side, so I am unsure why she acted this way. The concerning part is that she already had the missing items bagged within seconds, indicating she knew the mistake was on her end. I understand it's not an easy job, but there were little to no cars in the parking lot. No other customers seen in the restaurant. If this was a busy time, I would not be writing this.
I'm addressing this now because once again, I encountered the same person while getting food for my little brother. For some reason, she was angry again. Personal issues should be left at home—it’s unprofessional and can be risky to treat people that way.
This type of behavior is unacceptable. I strongly recommend auditing and training your staff to improve customer service. As of now, I won’t be returning or recommending this...
