Update 08/27/24: I placed an order for a Nachos Bell Grande through the Taco Bell app late afternoon, for pick-up at 6:15. I checked the status an hour later and was surprised to see it was completed. I called the store and asked if there might have been a mixup. The general manager, Juan, explained to me that app orders placed for pickup in the lobby are pushed to the kitchen immediately and the team can’t see the pickup time requested. He apologized for the confusion and assured me that the team would remake my order. He told me that he wouldn’t be working around 6 but he’d notified the shift leader Lindsey, that I would be coming by. When I arrived, Lindsey had my Nachos Bell Grande remade and ready within a minute. She was friendly and cheerful, and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my order. The nachos were hot, fresh, and the toppings were well-presented—Yum! 😋 I was very impressed was how well the team managed my order. Kudos to this store for another great visit!
As a former employee of this store (I’ve worked here for a couple of years), I wanted to stop and give my feedback. I was very pleased with my visit yesterday and happy to see that the store was still in great shape. The store was moderately busy during our visit with customers both in the drive-through and lobby. We stopped by the lobby around 5:30, excited to try the Secret Aardvark fries. We ordered the Secret Aardvark fries, Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco, Cantina Chicken Soft Taco, and the Cantina Chicken Burrito. All items were freshly prepared and well-presented. The new avocado verde salsa was delicious on our food. The fries had plenty of toppings in every bite. I’m only showing a picture of the fries, because we were very hungry and started eating everything quickly. Staff was friendly, tried to help me with a question about the app, had my order out pretty quickly, and our order was accurately prepared. The lobby was well-maintained (very clean, with plenty of sauces, napkins, etc and the drink station was in order). Kudos to the team here for a job well done! Read moreI don't know what on earth happened to my order tonight, but I'm giving 3 stars for these reasons:
My husband and son LOVE Taco Bell, and since this is the closest location, we order a few times a month. It's convenient.
But every time I've ordered in the past, the upgrades (such as supreme) are always made as regular items, any adjustments such as *extra or *no, are never followed, sauce is never included in the bag, even though there's literally a button where you can request the amount of sauce packets, and the amount of filling always falls short.
Don't know if it was management, the team tonight, or a little column A and a little column B, but... hats off to all team members tonight. Food was hot, fast, and FAT. All custom items followed to a tee. And SAUCES you guys. We got SAUCES tonight!!!

Update: Had to bump up to 4 stars. 9/26, just had another doordash delivery. We've had maybe 3 since my original post. Every single time has been perfect. Tonight just solidified that maybe new management took over and is now guiding and training the team better. My order was 100% accurate, sauces in the bag (even though I made an oopsie and accidentally ordered like 20 of each sauce), and it felt like I got what I actually paid for.

Read moreWe went to the drive thru for a quick bite to eat, my wife loves Taco Bell. The young lady at the order station promptly began taking my order. Two crunch wrap supremes to start. Hmm, what else should I get? The lady waited patiently as I made up my mind. Let's get 1 quesarito, and 1 more crunch wrap supreme. "Would you like to add anything else" she asked. "Yes please, can I get a creamy jalapeno dip, and large Pepsi". I answered.
She thanks me and beckons me to the pickup window.
When we pull up to the pickup window my wife spots the blue raspberry in the frozen slushy machine. She asks if she can have that instead. The lady is quick to help and changes our order to a large raspberry slushy instead of the large Pepsi. She hands us our food and drink order with a friendly smile and a happy face.
2 minutes later we were back on the highway to see many new sights and have many new adventures.
The food was great and the raspberry slushy was a good choice.
The creamy jalapeno dip was actually a little bit spicy for once. (No food from taco Bell can ever actually be called spicy).
