Stop-n-go gyros — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

Really horrible management and customer service. Placed an order online to the Fort Worth, Beach Location and the order was sent to the North Richland Hills Location. When I arrived at the Fort Worth, Beach location to pick up my order I was informed it went to the North Richland Hills location. I called and asked for assistance with this order. Explained the situation and requested for it to be sent to the fort worth location. I was told that would be impossible because the order came to the North Richland Hills locatio. I explained that I was already at the Fort Worth, Beach location and I ordered for the Fort Worth, Beach location. They continued to say it would be impossible to help me. I then asked if I could cancel the order. They responded with "we won't do that because we would lose money". At this point I couldn't believe what I was just told. I then explained that either way they are losing money because now they are losing a repeat customer. My order was $23.00. That's all. It's obvious that for Stop N Go Gyros the value of money triumphs over customer service and hospitality. What's sad is I was already at the Fort Worth, Beach location. If they had agreed to cancel my order I would've turned around and ordered at the location I was standing at. They wouldn't of lost any money. A business that chooses to completely refuse to assist a customer when it was their own website that caused the issue is not a good business. Period. I ended up making the 40 min round trip to the North Richland Hill's location to pick up my order. Arrived. The gentleman was surprised that I drove all the way there. He was polite and apologetic. He explained he reached out to the manager "Rami" but was told twice that they couldn't do anything. He explained its a "management issue". They remade my food so it was fresh and offered some free baklava. Which only irritated me even more. Why couldn't my food be remade at the location I was just at? It's the same menu, same food. It doesn't matter from a business standpoint, whether the locations operate under different LLC's. The cost of the product is the same. Also, it was $23.00. I'm so disappointed in this business. My partner ordered some food for us for Halloween and she couldn't have picked a better place. The food was all amazing, they got the special directions correct (thank you from someone with food sensitivities), and the portions were perfect for filling up. The price is great for what you get too.

I'm not normally a salad guy, but their salad is awesome. They use good tomatoes, not the watery or overly sweet kind you find in most restaurants. And their Greek fries. Wow. I have a prejudice against fries in that shape because they're usually done badly but these were addictive. Perfectly cooked and seasoned and the sauce they use I could put on practically everything.

Their hummus is good enough in taste, not exceptional but still very good, and it's excellent in texture. The rice is not over or undercooked, and tastes good. I can't really comment on the quality of the shawarma because it's my first time having it, but I really liked it. There was a good balance of meat to the rest of the meal.

And I'm glad we got extra pita because I really enjoy theirs.

The only issue was our baklava was missing from our order but I think the deliver driver likely just missed it. It's a shame because as good as the rest of the food was I'm sure it would have been excellent.

The price is about what a slightly pricier fast food run would be, but with food that is way higher quality. I will definitely be eating...
