Tonight 5.19.24 was unacceptable and the worst! Normally I don't have these type of issues when I visit this location, however the service that I received from Josephine was horrible!!! Josephine was both rude and disrespectful. When I came to the drive thru window I notified Josephine after she repeated my order back that I asked for NO ice and also to sign me up for the Caniac member program so I can start receiving points and rewards. Josephine response to to me was as if I was annoying her by requesting this and that I was bothering her! She simply handed me my card that I used for payment and both the receipt and canes cards and told me simply " just go to what's on the receipt and sign up there". My response to her is I was informed that you guys do this at the register as I have seen this done by others when they go theirs. Josephine glared at me with both annoyance and chiseled face saying that she is not aware of that and just looked. So I reminded her that she did not give me my corrected drink and she made a deep sign and slide to get the lemonade and bring it back. No thank you for your business, no warm welcome, just attitude from what appeared to be an unhappy employee that should not be working for canes and not customer facing roles! She is a horrible representation...
Read moreSo I tried canes for the first time today the tenders are only three of them instead of four they all were cold and the breading was soggy and falling off. The portion size for the cold fries was laughable and the coleslaw was the same temp as the chicken and fries. I need to also mention that this was my first Cane's experience. I returned to canes to get some food that is acceptable and at least resembles what I ordered now the drive-thru line is insanely long. When a customer comes back up with a complaint about their item whether it be food or anything else and you're going to replace it one would think that you would make sure they received a better product. Well you would be wrong.. After 20 minutes on line I was handed my food. They did include a better size portion of fries. Sadly that were it ends. There are four tenders but they are so small they should really call it two. The chicken and the fries are both colder then the last order. The coleslaw is exactly the same temp as the rest of the food like before. Plus the sweet tea I ordered had no sweet in it. If not for the sauce this chicken would have no flavor aside from tasting like flower. I think the first shall be the last time at Cane's I don't see the reason for its popularity. $11.90 for a meal no bigger then...
Read moreWe frequent this location as it's the closest location to our house and it's quickly becoming our new favorite chicken place. Yesterday we ordered a large meal for my wifes grandmother's 82 birthday. Everything was seemlessly amazing and the order pick up time was 10 pm. Well we have 3 kids, one is a 2 year old and we're super busy and stay super tired. Last night at 10 pm we fell asleep, and thought nothing of it. Until we recieved a call an hour before the store closed asking if we were coming to pick up our order....oops... At 12:40 am 20 minutes before closing, I pulled up embarrassed. This crew handled it like pros, the gentleman at the window, was gracious and I would have thought it was 1 in the afternoon, not 1 in the morning. He said "we're remaking your food so it's fresh", it was out quickly and they were so detailed and helpful. I never give shout outs or reviews, but this one is deserving of the best! Thank you for helping us get a little sleep and still guaranteeing our food be prepared correctly, even if it was for the next day (only because Cane's is closed Easter Sunday) Thank you for your great service and excellent attitudes. In a world where that hardly exists anymore, especially after 10 pm on a holiday...
