I went to Wendy's with my boyfriend as we was walking in we decided to us the kiosk in the restaurant to order our food. I wanted the Dave's single no mayonnaise no pickles no cheese. We was almost done I went to the other kiosk to order a different order. I ordered two Dave's single they had the same things on it mayonnaise, ketchup, lettuce except one no onions and no pickles. We were done with the order. We waited for the first order when we got it sat down I looked at my burger it has cheese. So I went up to the lady I explained to her what happened I told her I order on the kiosk i didn't want cheese or mayonnaise. She said what what she was being rude acting like she didn't hear me. I explained again then she said what I have I said Dave's single I wanted no cheese no mayonnaise. I sat back down waited for my burger then I got it took a look no cheese but it has mayonnaise. I didn't want that so I didn't say anything I scraped it off and ate it I was not satisfied. I was still waiting for my other order never got it nobody called my name or told use anything. Still waiting so I ask my boyfriend to go check and see what's taking so long. My boyfriend came back told me they never made it he told the guy what was the order he said he will make it. As we sat there waiting for the order finally we got it I had to check first. I took a look at both one had mayonnaise ketchup, lettuce, cheese, pickles I looked at the other one same thing and I said no pickles but they didn't put lettuce. So I just got my things and left I wasn't satisfied with the service she was rude and plus the wait was ridiculous. And the restaurant didn't have any lids for the cups I had to go ask before I ate my food. That restaurant needs to do a better job on customer service on how to talk to customers and stocking they drink stations so nothing runs out. Read moreI am a door dash driver and had a breakfast order. Arrived at the restaurant. Went thru the drive thru...no answer. Walked inside and NO ONE was working. Seriously...zero. About 2 minutes later, a worker shows up and clocks in. Then, about 5 minutes later "Michelle" the manager appears. When I asked how long the order would be, she quoted 1 minute. Over 10 minutes later, there is still no order. I attempt to get info regarding the order, and she had a terrible attitude and refused to give updates. So she shows up to work, unlocks the doors, turns on equipment, then hides somewhere and ignores the drive thru and front counter, leaving the ENTIRE building unmanned and unsecured. The young man that showed up to work eventually completes the order. There are multiple drinks. I request a drink carrier. The manager told him to tell me they dont have them. I asked the worker for the managers name and he said "Loretta". From the time I walked in to the time I left, it was 30 to 40 minutes...and the doordash order i wqs picking up was THE ONLY ORDER during that time. Unacceptable for a single order with 2 breakfast meals to take that long with not one additional order. I spoke with her before I left and expressed my extreme disappointment from start to finish of her low expectations and willingness to lie to a customer about something as simple as her name. Her standards are very low, and she sets the example for the staff. If she is the best this Wendys can be, maybe replace her. She HAS to do and be better than today's performance. Read moreOn Sunday the 9th around 2 pm My wife and I visited the Wendy's on Rufe Snow in North Richland Hills. As soon as we entered the restaurant we noticed the air conditioning was not working so we decided we would take our order to go. The woman at the register was nice and polite but she was clearly stressed and overwhelmed. What's worse is she seemed to be running the show. There was no clear manager or oversight on premise. Taking our simple two person order was a difficult task that was regularly interrupted and started over twice. We ordered two Frosty's which came before the hot food, leaving them to sit on the counter and melt. It was at least 10 minutes before our all our food was ready and we had to constantly remind the woman what we were still waiting for. Other people were frustrated and you could see on their faces their surprise at how chaotic the staff were. Once we got home the food clearly reflected the haste. My sandwich had burnt bacon and enough ranch for a large salad on it (way too much). My wife's salad had no chicken at all (it had been forgotten completely) and our frostys had melted into chocolate milk by the time we got into the car due to the fact they came out first, the rest of the food took so long an the heat in the dining room.
