Yikes. The food was fine, that's not the issue here. I was in line about 7:45 and was just gonna grab a bowl to go. There was a line almost to the door and the employees were running around (as I would be, too). This one poor girl (blonde ponytail) was busting her a* working really hard, and she had also just gotten sassed at by a rude customer in front of me. She seemed stressed as anyone would be in that situation. Out of nowhere, her manager (presumably- girl with eye tattoo) comes over and angrily tells her to go on break, and she was very rude about it. Poor blonde ponytail leaves and tattoo girl, glasses person and brown ponytail start loudly and audibly start talking sht about her as they're working. ("She bumped into me, she was in my fckin way, etc). Seeing that made me so sad for blonde ponytail because she was busting her a* and working so, so hard. And she didn't bump into anyone because I was watching. Blonde ponytail, if you read this you were doing an amazing job and ignore your coworkers. And to the rest of you who were talking sh*t about her: shame on you. Being rude to her as you were and talking behind her back won't make her better at her job (not that she needs to be, she was doing great) and makes you look horrible. Because that was so mean of ponytail's coworkers. All the other employees were doing great BTW, except for the manager, glasses and brown ponytail.
edit: Tattoo was also talking about how she couldn't afford to have blonde ponytail in her way. Rude AF.
In summary: Talk to your staff about working together and maybe promote blonde ponytail because she...

This restaurant is one of the most appalling environments that I have witnessed.
No place to dine-in, because it’s a complete and utter nasty mess. Staff uses the largest tables as their own personal break room, leaving their garbage and empty or full cups scattered about the restaurant. All of the showcases organic lemonades were completely empty. It wasn’t just the lemonade though; it was the rices, black beans, all meats except chicken, and all of the extras and toppings were depleted. The employees just are not doing their jobs. Everything, I mean everything, on the line was a mess and limited, so they were reducing portion sizes to accommodate their lack of leadership and coordination in keeping their stations fully stocked and maintaining even the minimal iota of cleanliness. It was so disgusting and assuredly unhealthy. Restrooms and outside seating - also deplorable. Bird poop covering the patio, as if nothing had been cleaned in months.
I vowed to my wife and children that we will never return to this location, ever, because this wasn’t a “one off day”. This was a third trip here, and this restaurant is clearly being neglected. I guess I should have taken photos to paint the picture of embarrassment.

Read moreMy husband and self have collectively been to this chipotle about 6 times. EVERY SINGLE TIME, the restaurant has been out of chips. The worst part being, they don t tell you until you have ordered your main dishes. They offer poor excuses, like" it is to close to closing time to make more" (really, because it is 8pm and you close at 10)," we're out" , and the best from the manager herself," we are still new" . Additionally, the girls working the counter are ALWAYS rude and when you try to order food, there is music blaring in your ear. My husband had a particularly awful experience with one girl who blatantly refused to serve him the last scoop of rice in the bin. She told him "we're out" . He said, "What about that right there"? . She only continued to say "we're out" . When my husband was leaving, she was overheard saying "that s my rice, I m taking it home" . We will NEVER return to this location If we do decide on chipotle again, which I highly doubt, we will travel to Westlake or Avon. I guess this is the type of service to expect from a McDonald s affiliated company. POOR, POOR, POOR customer service!! We gave you the benefit of the doubt up to 6 visits, and you never failed to...
