Burger King — Restaurant in North Ridgeville

I have bronchitis & my voice is gone. I used Google translate's text to speech function to order through the drive thru. They gave me no trouble at all. The girl at the window was very understanding and went over my order clearly and carefully. My food was ready quickly and just as I'd ordered it.

When I stopped to add my review to Google, I could not find it on Google Maps, so I began to suggest it to be added as a new location. I parked in front of the door, put in the address posted as well as the hours. That was when I realized it was midnight. The hours postes on the door were til 11pm. I don't know if that's for the dining room or the drive-thru. If it's for the restaurant as a whole, that means they even took my order after hours, which was even nicer.

I think they're a 24-hr location. I thought I saw banners up to that effect, but the sign posted next to the door says 6a - 11p Su - Sa. I'll have to go back and double-check.

If I could leave a zero I would...came and got some food the gentlemen was standing there giving us dirty looks African American gentleman with his hands down his pants with dirty greasy gloves we watched him get out food with then came to window and shoved it out window into car without saying a word they were mad because people are getting food it's mmyour go else where if your not happy so I called he answer I asked for the the GM s name he say who this who calling I said a paying customer with concerns the chunky blonde headed lady with a long braid and nose piercing with a tan long sleeve pull over was also rude because I asked for extra ice which I believe the employee was her boyfriend she left out of site and he shoved the food rudely in my husband's face so he puts her on the phone and she's nasty and rude said GM be in for a week so she wasn't giving me her name...i asked her does she thinks it's apporate what her employee did she cussed and hung up on me...

Big lines during lunch seem to completely dismantle the employees ability to make the drive thru function. Half of the time they screw up my order. Burgers seem to be almost always partially cold. Last time I went there @ 12:20 PM and my Bacon King burger had straight from the fridge cheese, cold bacon and the patties looked microwaved. A few months ago I was at the ordering speaker and was told "one moment". Sat there for 15 minutes while the other drive thru lane passed vehicle after vehicle of people that were there way after me and no one ever returned to take my order. A few other times the line just never moved and I wasted my entire lunch break. Place blows. Never going back again. Oh ya and the employees have the personalities of bags of rocks. UPDATE: Gave it 2 stars because of how nice they were while my fiance was ordering burgers for breakfast. May give it another chance and release a more...
