Cheap Tobacco — Local services in North Ridgeville

I've come here a few times now and bought the same vapes each time. They have them advertised at 1 for $23.99 or 2 for $42.00. With tax at %6.5 in north ridgeville it should cost $44.73. I paid $51.10. In the last 3 times I've bought these vapes that's over $19 I've been over charged. I buy the same vapes in middleburg hts from cheap tobacco and they're somehow cheaper and the tax in cuyahoga is higher. I'm not sure if it's an employee making the mistake or if the register isn't setup correctly but with things being so expensive this problem should be fixed. I don't like confrontation or I would've said something in the store. Also if you have a rewards program you should offer to set one up for customers if they don't already have it. I was asked if I had the rewards program, I said I had it at the other store and instead of offering to set it up at this store he just rang it up. It took maybe a minute after I asked him to set it up. This isn't the first time I've had issues with the price of something at this location. It's advertised at one price and you're charged differently at the register. I shouldn't have to tell someone their prices and figure out the math on my own. Here in Olmsted Falls, I have been buying loose bagged tobacco and paper tubes in a place that was Convenient. For the past several months, much of the tobacco seemed pulverized nearly like powder and useable. I took the left over pulverized tobacco to that store and the supervisor had no reason for the problem. I explained that I was showing him since most people would stop buying it there. If it continued I would look elsewhere too. This past month, more than half the bag was pulverized and like powder. So, yesterday I went to Cheap Tobacco on Cook Road in North Ridgeville. They explained that the tobacco was likely too old and dried out causing it to break down.This made complete sense to me. So I bought tobacco and tubes there. I was also given a packet to add to the tobacco bag just in case it ever seems too dry or too wet. They were most helpful. Plus, the total price was $11 less than the place that was Convenient. And I made two packs of cigarettes this morning and it was all the correct consistency. I must also say that this store has everything you might want. Thank you so much,...

EDIT: I made this post 8 years ago and gave them 5 stars. "The staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Don't be afraid to stop on in and ask questions or ask for help!" Flash forward... The store is never stocked. I was told the empty shelves on Tuesday were due to the truck arriving on Wednesday. I was also told to probably stop in on Thursday because it takes a while to restock the shelves. I showed up on a Saturday afternoon and the shelves were empty and totes of products were still stacked in the rear of the store. One customer was pilfering through the totes looking for his product! I ended up buying NOT my regular brand of RYO only because I was already there but after 3 negative experiences, I won't be back. I don't want to continue to buy plan B. Sorry guys... your new management and employees simply aren't keeping the store stocked. It's empty...
