Edit: Since the owner of this location is trying to downplay the aggressive, hostile, and beyond rude nature of his employee belittling a new customer, I’ll reply here and say there was no concern of safety given by the male employee. It was incendiary in nature and I double down on my stance for no one to support this business. Rather than apologize for the poor attitude, you mask his mistake with a concern of after. I’ll now b3 exploring legal counsel at my disposal. Again; you don’t treat people like they’re unintelligent or strike fear and put their safety in question because your employee feels like being aggressively rude. To date, I have pledges from a dozen families that have stopped choosing this location for business and I implore anyone else reading to also consider the response this owner gave. He could have squashed the issue by apologizing for the poor interaction his employee engaged. Instead, he chose to state safety of an empty parking lot after dark as his reason to argue. I think those reading know this owner is not worth their hard earned dollar. Thanks for all the support of those that have reached out! Tonight I picked up my first order from this location. It was past sunset and very dark so I parked in front of the store where the door was. Trying to enter the door it was locked. When I opened the second door, I was immediately asked by an employee very angrily and aggressively why I didn’t park in a parking spot! I just said I don’t know and then he rudely just pointed at them. This is not how to treat customers and made me feel very threatened. I will avoid this location and all of my friends and family too as well. This employee needs to be either retrained on how to deal with people properly or just deter. Hello this was my first time ordering from this particular Zeppe's restaurant I have to say the two managers Rebecca and Steve were fantastic very friendly very professional I called to place an order without having a menu and they helped me with my order I originally ordered a deluxe calzone but then called back 10 mins later and switched my order it to a Zeppe's calzone capicola salami ham Etc they were very busy and they were very professional and the prices were fair and the calzone was cooked excellently and I will be ordering again soon... However I do have one issue I did however order extra pepperoni on my order and it did not normally come on this calzone so I ordered it extra and somehow that item did get missed??? But after eating the first half of the large calzone which was delicious but I did not taste the pepperoni or seeing it in any of the bites I took! So I took the second half and pulled the top back and search through it and it was definitely missing the pepperoni! Not a huge deal but hopefully the next time I order which will be soon we can make sure the pepperoni gets on there it is my favorite item thank you very much I appreciate you taking care of me in a professional and timely manner and I will be definitely ordering again. my email does not match my name the order would have been under D. Tried out Zeppe’s for Sunday football game last Sunday. Ordered their Sunday special. 1XL pepperoni pizza with 1lbs boneless wings. I added pepperoni rolls as well. I ordered an online pick up order an hour and a half in advance. We went to pick it up on time and they were still finishing our pepperoni rolls. Once they were done, they realized they made a sausage pizza instead of a pepperoni, which they offered to remake. Overall 30min of waiting time in a crowded space didn’t impress us.

After our poor initial experience, and unhappy review, Zeppe’s GM and store manager both reached out to us on our experience. Rather than give us the run around, they asked us to give them a second chance to make up for it. They have definitely redeemed themselves and more. We went with the family meal with a honey hot pizza, linguine with homemade meatballs, garlic twists and a salad. (Photos included) We were big fans of the honey hot pizza, and the meatballs were delicious! Our food was done on time and the restaurant atmosphere much improved from our last visit.
