I’m that person who sometimes arrives for coffee before the doors have even opened up so when I see crazy horse coffee open I couldn’t be happier. And, when I am done with my work out at the gym next door they are there for me with more coffee. I’m from out of town so to find such an amazing coffee shop so close is just what the Dr. ordered. Crazy horse coffee has been my first stop every morning and many nights as well. The ambience and baristas are friendly and super helpful. With most of their items baked in house I have no problem going the distant to start my day off on the right foot with some Crazy horse.

Stopped in and checked out this local, coffee shop and was very impressed with the service. My first thought when seeing 15 cops surrounding the place was "do I really wanna wait this long". Turns out they were hosting a "Coffee with a Cop" event this morning. I got the M.OA.C., a bagel with cream cheese, and the peanut butter brownie. All three were extremely delicious. Thank you for the amazing experience and for your previous service. 3.16.24 - I went in to grab a coffee and snack today. I was disappointed as I ordered the Irish Blonde Latte and Cream Cheese Brownie. Y'all always hit the mark.

Been coming and supporting Crazy Horse since they opened. Bonnie and Big Jim and the crew are always friendly, hardworking, and come through with amazing drinks and food. Been out more frequently the past several weeks and have found the newest staff members working hard to learn all the drinks and handle the busy times, always polite. Pepperoni rolls are a must and the crust less quiches are my go-to for breakfast. Drinks are creative and lately, I have become a huge fan of their Lavender Lemonade. Definitely worth the stop. 😎🇺🇸👍

I can actually walk to this coffee shop from where I live, but even if I lived a 1/2 an hour away from here, I'd have to rearrange my morning and my commute so that it included this place as a start to my day!

Okay...I don't write reviews, EVER...unless I've had a bad experience, because unfortunately...bad experiences seem to be the ones that leave a big impression on me; leave me feeling like I need to do something about it and have the last word.

Well... this place did leave me feeling like I had to do something when I left. This place has left such a positive impression on me that I dug up my untouched 8 year-old yelp account, reset the password, and was not at all surprised by the glowing reviews already on here with accounts from other customers who've been blown away by their experiences at CrazyHorseCoffee!

The second you walk in this place, you get that hometown/family/warm feeling like you just want to stay a while. There is a beautiful sitting area with couches that eat you up, gorgeous handmade wooden signs, LOCAL ART all over the walls, country music at all times, smiles everywhere- especially from the staff...

I think, as I looked around- the biggest thing that struck me about this place is that I didn't see 10 individuals at 10 different tables, all with headphones on, on laptops or phones (the typical scene at Starbucks/Dunkin') ... No.

What I saw were tables talking to each other. Two groups of people back on the couches who'd just met that day - talking and laughing, the owner was chatting with another table as well as the people in line. A couple kids from multiple tables came together at their own little table to entertain themselves (including my 5 year old, who made himself right at home introducing himself to all the guests... and no one cared!!). I even saw a couple faces I recognized.

THIS IS IT, people. This is YOUR hometown coffee shop. With a veteran as the owner, there are so many touching stories built into the walls of this place, and once you to begin to hear the hows and whys of the beginnings of CrazyHorseCoffee-- you'll feel GUILTY the next time you buy a coffee at Dunkin Donuts... no lie haha.

I'm going to run out of space to type or else I'd just keep going. But I should probably touch on the food and the coffee lol:

Here's the thing. It's now my favorite coffee - each cup is made to YOUR liking, and guess what... the owner LISTENS! YOU are his priority. I doubt you'll have even one complaint because they are careful to listen and understand your order completely before making it, but guys... It's as simple as this: if you have a suggestion or something isn't quite right... they HEAR you; they take action. AND THE FOOOOOOOD! So far I haven't made it past the homemade banana bread or quiche, but they taste like my mom's and that's saying a lot!

Lastly, I was at their grand opening and it was an opening for the books. I've never been to one like it. I had goosebumps half of the time just listening to the stories from the owner's family and friends...and the ribbon cutting came pretty darn close to bringing a tear to the eye... you can feel the pride and you can see the love that went into building this place. Each time you go in, you can sense that you're family to them.

Do yourself a favor and go in. But don't go alone...bring someone and stay long enough to soak up the environment and the experience.

Thank you, CrazyHorseCoffee and thank you for...

Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Crazy Horse Coffee was an unexpected gem tucked inside a small shopping plaza. I actually found it through positive online reviews—and I’m so glad we decided to check it out. From the moment you walk in, the place gives off a clean, rustic, and patriotic vibe. It seems like the owner may have a background in military, law enforcement, or emergency services, based on the decor.

One standout detail was the display of police patches throughout the cafe, which adds a personal and respectful touch. The American flag, the discount board for veterans and first responders, and the subtle nods to service all come together to create a welcoming and community-oriented feel.

The layout is open and well-organized, with modern lighting, polished concrete floors, and a mix of small tables and cozy seating. There’s even a wall clock centerpiece and a rustic “CHC” sign, giving it some unique personality. You’ll also find shelves with local merchandise and coffee bags, plus a display wall covered in customer notes or memories—another nice touch.

Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The young woman behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. She offered me a recommendation—the Raspberry White Mocha Frappuccino—and I’m glad I took her advice. She seemed knowledgeable and genuinely happy to help, which made the experience even better.

Food & Drinks: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We didn’t get any food this time, but the drink selection was excellent. The Raspberry White Mocha Frappuccino was delicious—rich, creamy, and made with ice cream, so it felt more like a dessert milkshake than a traditional frappe. We also grabbed an unsweetened tea which was made fresh.

The pastry case looked tempting, with items like blueberry muffins, banana bread, cinnamon rolls, protein balls, and even packaged salads and wraps. Definitely planning to come back and try more!

Final Thoughts: Crazy Horse Coffee checks all the boxes for a great local coffee shop—welcoming atmosphere, great service, and quality drinks. The patriotic theme and support for service members make it feel like more than just a coffee spot—it feels like part of the community. Highly recommended. 5...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Crazy Horse Coffee in Washington, PA, and it exceeded all my expectations! This great patriot coffee house offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with killer staff and decor that make you feel right at home. It’s a fantastic spot for like-minded individuals to gather, enjoy great food, and engage in friendly conversation.

One of the highlights of my visit was discovering that Crazy Horse Coffee is one of the only places in Western PA that serves Bulletproof Coffee. For those unfamiliar, Bulletproof Coffee is a high-calorie drink popularized by entrepreneur Dave Asprey. It’s made by blending brewed coffee with unsalted butter and medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil. This unique blend is known to boost energy, enhance mental clarity, and support weight management by providing healthy fats while keeping carbohydrate intake low.

Whether you’re in the mood for a delicious meal or a specialty coffee, Crazy Horse Coffee has something for everyone. The combination of great food, exceptional service, and a welcoming environment makes it a must-visit destination. I highly recommend stopping by—you won’t be...
