We we're there tonight when the big party of 27 was there. (Look at last 2 negative posts) There were 3 waitresses trying to please this table PLUS take care of the busy resturant. They all we're apologizing for what you considered a horrible meal. They took the mandatory gratuity off. So yes they really were trying to make things right. The lady stated the "guy" manager started speaking in a different language about the situation..... does she speak their language? How does she really know what they were talking about. But here's the thing, she was upset they were speaking in their language to one another but yet a member of their party told customers coming through the door,...."if I were you, I'd turn around and go somewhere else. This is the worst place ever".... ?????? REALLY???
Well, we've eaten there many of times. Food was good, service was great....but they were busy and shorthanded one time.....just like every other resturant around.....u have to expect ur drinks might not get filled as fast as you would like. Have a little bit of patience......
Also, just my opinion.... a party of 27, well you should have had ur party catered.....instead of going to a resturant and expecting them to shut the resturant down just to take care of your party.
I felt sorry for the young waitresses and the owners trying to please this table. I was embarrassed for them....
Bottom line, if you can't have patience, understanding and even knowledge that people are shorthanded....stay home.....oh and if you can't afford to tip the waitresses/waiters.....then go let a fast food resturant feed you where you don't...
Read moreThe food was pretty good. However my son ordered a steak and my waitress said the cooks don't know how to cook steak so if he didn't like it he could send it back. Well she definitely didn't lie🤦 the first time it came out it was covered in teriyaki sauce which was not listed on the menu so needless to say he sent it back and asked for one without the sauce, second one came out and it looked and tasted repulsive didn't even have seasoning on it. You can't make a single substitution. I even ordered boiled eggs and asked for it to be in my seafood boil and they couldn't even do that. When I asked my waitress why because she said they would do it she said it depended on who was cooking. And to top things off we went out for my mom's birthday and they didn't even have any type of beer or liquor which they didn't even bother to let anybody know on the website or the menu. They said you could BYOB which means bring your own and there was minors in there drinking 🙄. For as much as we spent I was extremely disappointed especially because our waitress came over and said she was done at 7:00 and needed us to pay and then just stood up there and stared at us to make us uncomfortable to leave so that she could clean the table and go home. Wasn't the least...
Read moreI honestly don't know where to start... My husband and I found this gem while looking on Google for seafood places. We drove a hour out just to see what they had to offer and boy did they do more than deliver! My husband got 1lb of King Crab and it was HUGE and the meat was tender, 1lb of Headless Shrimp(they were like Jumbo sized), 4 whole Blue Crabs (nice sized as well!) And Raw Oysters (which are hard to find in restaurants anymore), but what topped his meal off for him, was the "Tango Tango" want to know what it is??? Well head down there yourselves, because you won't be disappointed. My meal was just as large with 1lb Dungeness Crab, 1/2lbs headless Shrimp, Lobster Tail( now I took a gamble because I I've been let down by others several other times and you know a girl can only have her heart broken so many times lol but I'm now in love again!), 1/2lb of Mussels and Clams! And let's not forget the corn and potatoes. We ate calamari and buffalo wings as well. I know it sounds like a lot and guess what?! Your RIGHT!!! The best part? It's BYOB!!! And our total price I can tell you I've spent that at Red Lobster and gotten basically a cluster of snow crabs and some shrimp for 2. Seriously treat...
