UPDATE JUNE 2025: So I look at my coffee sitting on the window and there is at least 4 ounces missing.. and all I did was ask for light ice and my husband asks if they can fill it up all the way and a young lady who works there says that it’s a new policy.. because I said light ice I guess.. but sooo much was missing and the funny part is that she said it’s because they’re using machines now to fill the cups which it’s been like that anyway but I asked for almond milk which I know they use separate cartons for that they pour manually. AND I’m paying $2 extra for it anyway. They weren’t even going to explain anything to us either. We had to ask about it. So don’t be surprised if you ask for light ice and you’re missing a whole bunch of drink. Like 4-6oz.
Older review: The inconsistency is uncanny. And then when they do get your drink wrong, which they probably will, you’ll probably get an attitude, ESPECIALLY from the older Indian man who works early into the afternoon in the drive thru window. One time, he charged me $22 for some extra pumps of swirl. And it’s very inconvenient to have to return to Dunkin after I’ve gotten home yet I’ve had to do it many times with this location. Every single time I go, he gives me attitude. And I’m always nice to him. It’s absolutely appalling and it really puts me in a bad mood when getting a coffee should be an enjoyable leisurely thing to do. I am writing this review after coming home from getting a coffee they messed up. Once I arrived, I tried to tell the older man what the issue was but he kept interrupting me and then when I asked if he could just remake my drink as a cold brew and I’d pay the difference because the iced decaf was bitter, he said no, we will just give you the pumps. (I asked for 5 pumps and they put 2 pumps on the order sticker and only 2 pumps in the coffee.) and then he asked me TWICE with an expression of disgust if I wanted 5 pumps.. like it was an insane amount. It felt very judgy. And I was pretty serious about getting a cold brew. I mean I had to tell him to wait as he turned away from me as I was asking him. He seemed completely annoyed and inconvenienced. Was I not?? Like I was being totally nice about it too. Not even mad. But the whole interaction made me very angry. It’s unacceptable. And then the cherry on top was he handed it to me DRIPPING with coffee and it got on my clothes and the inside of my car. Not a good smell to have in those places. And so I got his attention again cuz he just couldn’t stop turning away in disgust at me and asked for napkins and he basically rolled his eyes and sighed. I’ve put up with this behavior repeatedly and now I’m done. I have to go way out of my way now to another Dunkin which is rarely open when I go. I hope this is taken seriously cuz I can’t be the only person who experiences this rude behavior. He shouldn’t be in the window. Let him make the coffees and food and see how he does. I bet you he’ll throw a fit at some point and have a crappy attitude the whole time. His customer service is the worst. As an older man as well, he should be an example. An by no means should you ever hand a customer a leaking cup. All of this was just so unacceptable. And it’s messed up cuz I’m a tired, busy mom and coffee is supposed to be a treat. He ruins it every time. Y’all lost my...
Read moreThe reason I give it a 3 is because of the attitude I experience at this dunkin. I always let it pass but I just experienced the worse one of all. The older woman who’s always there overnight I feel for her me and my husband do that we even tip her big. I was at the speaker for 3 min without realizing she hadn’t said “give me a moment” then I went to pull to the window to see if anyone was there and she was then she opened the window and asked if I had doordash I said no and I was going to explain how I was waiting for her to respond she cut me off and told me to go order at the speaker and slammed the window shut. I’m hungry at this point because I came from my job so I went around to order. Let me remind u I was the only one at the speaker the first time so now I went all the way around to be the 4th one in line. Waiting an additional 15 min when I ordered I’m at the window again when she handed my food I politely said in a nice tone that me and my husband always come and are genuine to her for her to treat me like this then she interrupted me and yelled I have a lot of doordashes and I told her honestly I worked at a dunkin and even being overwhelmed I don’t respond that way she cut me off and said u never experience doordash and I was like I did and she yelled even louder and said “I’m pretty sure u didn’t” twice and slammed the window. I’m upset that she responded so horrible maybe she was just overwhelmed. But the customer service wasn’t...
Read moreI was just there at 12:03a.m. sat there waiting to order for awhile no one ever acknowledged my presence. I finally spoke up and said hello and they responded I'll be right with you so I remained patient and after more time passed and the line had now four cars waiting to order I said again hello is anyone there? The woman responded very rudely I said I'll be right with you. This behavior caused me to act rude and wonder what could possibly be going on that is more important than taking my order? I said well you got me and alot of other people waiting to have their order taken I'm convinced your being lazy and the lady was offended I dont know why I never used one swear word but I did say I worked for dunking donuts before and we never made our customers wait this long. All I wanted was a coffee I told her. I drive around because I wanted to see the face of the person giving me a hard time and not even worrying about taking my order or acknowledging I was there I was more than patient and when I got there she ran to hide. I said oh you ran and hid so I cant tell your manager what your doing and that you dont want to wait on customers and she came back and told me she wrote down my plate number and called the police. I hope you lose alot of customers because customers pay to keep you in business making a coffee is not hard. Your employees are insane and lazy. I guess you get to treat paying customers how you want when the delivery...
