Key Pizza — Restaurant in North Township

I ordered a pizza at 654 pm 1-8-21. I’m still waiting on the pizza. If they had told me it would be over an hour I would have picked it up myself. After calling the person offered no explanation or at least an excuse for the delay. I love key pizza but this is kind of inexcusable. The last time it was over an hour the wonderful delivery woman had an excuse because of her radiator hose busting. I sympathize with that. This time I just find no excuse. Plus it just got here and cold. Again I understand that stuff happens but, I will order again. Just disappointed. ////this post about the weekend staff is a little over a year old. The weekend evening staff are awesome. The pizzas are delicious. Especially the crumbled sausage and pepperoni. My advice to people who have called ahead and were given the wrong order is to make sure that your cell phone cover isn’t to blame. Because when I get on my phone and people can’t clearly hear me is because of the phone case. So back to the review, it’s the best pizza in all of Hammond Indiana and most parts of Chicago...

My boyfriend and I ordered a pizza for pickup. They quoted us a 40 minute wait. When we went in to pick up our pizza they seemed confused. We noticed a burnt pizza being pulled out of the oven. Not sure if that was ours or if they forgot to make ours. Anyways instead of telling us their mistake, they didn’t say anything at all and proceeded to make our pizza while we were standing there. After waiting another 15 minutes and expecting them to say something to us, which they never did, we left. They never called or anything. Unbelievable. I ordered an large cheese pizza with bbq wings. The Pizza was pretty good, the sauce and cheese were amazing but it's something a little off about the crust. The wings were terrible not even being dramatic. Like really how are these prepared? Skin is super soft like they boil them and the bbq sauce is really bad. Lol just don't do the wings at all even if offered for free. Also the woman that answers the phone is a lil rude.
