Burger King — Restaurant in North Township

This is the only Burger King location close to our home and I will never visit again on the night shift. I have had three horrible experiences. Last night after I worked 12 hours I stopped at this location and I received ice cold food and when I looked in the bag for the receipt and of course there wasnt one. I originally just wanted to call and let someone know the issue when I discovered there wad no receipt I knew they did this on purpose. Someone wanted to rush and be lazy. On two other occasions I visited late in evening and when I pulled up to order board I was told they were closed when they were clearly supposed to be open. I went down the road to wendys and when I drove past burger king there was a car in the drive through window being served. Maybe it was a friend whatever I guess my money wasn't wanted. I called the location and asked for corporates number to let them know that either their time on their website was incorrect the manager on duty refused to give me the information and hung up on me. Now this time No receipt so I would be unable to communicate the issues once again. On the other side of this. Day shift has always been respectful , always great service...

I'll NEVER return to this burger king again! I ordered the #1 no ketchup, add cheese and bacon, three 2 for $6 whoopers ( 2 no onions, 2 no ketchup add mustard, 2 with everything and add cheese on all). Everything was wrong. I talked to the manager, who was kind in the beginning. He said keep the burgers and he'll redo the whole order. He did. They were still wrong and I didn't receive the #1. I explained this to him. I also told him I didn't want all those burgers, I just want the one corrected. He threw a bagged burger at me, still incorrect. He told me that he's not dealing with me and closed the window in my face. I asked for the corporate number, through the closed window. He said google it. I didn't move from the window. He yelled for me to move or he was going to call the police. I told him to call. The police came, asking me to move to the parking lot. The police was very kind and understanding to my plight. I received the corporate number but left with 13 burgers that noone could eat and $35 less in my pocket. 0 STARS to the burger king on Kennedy in...

I ordered through the app. I said “I was here”, in order for them to fill the order. I was suppose to pick it up inside and the door was locked. There were six cars in line! I waited for 25 min. When I got to the speaker and told them I had a mobile order that I was suppose to pick up inside, they told me they couldn’t find it. They finally found it and I got to the window waited some more m, finally got it and got it home we live around the corner from this restaurant and it was barely warm and the large fries I had ordered was probably more like a small fry being that the container was only half full.
