Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in North Township

I arrived at the time the app said to between 7:52 PM and 7:57 PM. I entered and inquired about my order. The worker informed me that the computer was down and that they would have to make the food at that moment. He stated that it would be 20 more minutes. I returned to my vehicle and waited. I returned and inquired about my food. Another worker said that the 2 pizzas were done but they they forgot to put in the Italian bread and that it would be and additional 7 minutes. I returned to my vehicle and waited. I entered for the final time and inquired about my food. I was informed that the pizzas were lost. I was given a refund and the Italian bread. I was offered an old cheese pizza that had a hole in it and an old pepperoni pizza. I accepted the pepperoni and declined the cheese. The second worker begin to make snarky remarks to me about how I sold be satisfied with the refund and free old food. I explained to him that it was inconvenient for me and disrespectful to me to have me waiting on my order and proceeding to lose it. He proceeded to call me a liar regarding how long I waited. You can check the camera. I was at this location for 50 minutes. I ask for the manager. The second worker initially started he was the manager and then confessed that he was not. I asked for the manager's name and the number to the store. He wrote it down at my request. As he was going to give my the paper, he asked for the food back. I declined and he snatched the paper from me and said I could not have it without the food and proceeded to call me a thief. This was the most disrespect I have ever experienced in a restaurant by staff. I will not be returning to this establishment as the staff provide unbelievably bad customer service and poor quality food. I cannot believe this place is still open. Considering the customer ahead of me asked what pizzas were ready to go and literally there wasn't but 2 pizzas Hot n Ready and only 30 minutes until close and that person bought both pizzas plus ordered crazy bread.. that wasn't ready and had to wait.. on them... I think it was counter productive to go clean the counters and organize sauces instead of taking My order.. Not just that but your employee didnt even make eye contact like I felt invisible for a good 10 minutes I just stood in front of the register. I ordered 3 pizzas waited another 20 minutes that I shouldn't have had to. Top it off 2 of the pizzas were thin crust.. I ordered regular pizzas...

Time before I came in around 7pm waited a good 30 minutes.. ordered 5 pizzas 2 crazy bread combos.. your employee a older lady charged me for a extra crazy bread.. I 100% believe she intended to keep that bread because even tho she bagged my items and held the receipt in her hand glancing back n fourth... She skipped adding that extra bread. I purposely waited for her to complete my order before asking her about that random 3rd order of crazy bread.. her response " oh I thought you ordered 3" um.. ok.. so why did you give me only 2 and 2 sauces..even though you rung up and filled my order by looking at the receipt?? And why would you charge me for only bread when my order was for 2 crazy Combos and you gave me 2 crazy combos in my bag? Get it together! People watch your receipts at...

I rarely write reviews, I usually don't have bad experiences at this store. But when I went in to collect my order the worker with dreads and bucket hat was trying to be charismatic w people but failed. He kept referring to me and a friend as a couple even tho we said out loud we aren’t. My friend was waiting for pizza puffs, while waiting a stranger walked in and stole from the pizza portal. When the customer came to pick up there pizza, that was stolen, the worker kept pointing to the portal saying it should be there until I had to say out loud someone stole the pizzas. The worker kept talking to customers like if we should already know how the store works. If someone had a drink he would reply “Okay 😐” and then proceed to point at the fridge with drinks. I understand sometimes things can be self explanatory but when it comes to drinks, sauces, etc. being informed that you can pick them items yourself instead of someone looking at me like I’m dumb because I don’t understand how the store operates just feels unwelcoming. My food was okay the pizza was on the dry side uncut ,not the good kind, The crazy sticks were still intact...
