This was a pretty big disappointment. First of all, the location is REALLY weird. It's kind of right on a huge lake, but it's also on the same property as a BP refinery. When you pull up, the location looks promising, but the look of the building and the few little things outside is the best part. When you hear the words Mascot Hall of Fame, the first thing you think of is mascots. Maybe some big displays with the mascots, the history of the mascots with their teams, the actual costumes. Well, you get none of that. There is a small section with a few collectibles, one full mascot costume, and the rest is just an interactive childrens playground. That would be fine if it was called Childrens Interactive Mascot Center, but it is supposed to be a "hall of fame" The hours on the website were wrong, so when we got there, we had 10 minutes to check everything out. If it tells you anything, we were able to see every exhibit in the 10 minutes we had. The only reason I would recommend this place is because it is cheap and it will keep your kids busy if you have kids.

More fun than I expected to be honest. All staff members were fun and friendly. Super interactive and tons of things to do! We got our tickets in advance via Groupon!! Highly recommend ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS check Groupon for family outings first. Wear socks and shoes for fun zones! Or buy a pair at the ticket counter for about $5 (or in the gift shop for $11 😧🤯) They only have toddler and adult sizes though 😕🤷🏼‍♀️ Check their website before planning a visit for even more fun-tertainment! WE MET PETE THE CAT! But they also have other activities like induction to the Mascot Hall of Fame, Breakfast with Mascots, senior days and more!!

This place was awesome. We won an annual membership through a contest at our local library and were finally able to make a trip this weekend. You weave through a bunch of steel and oil refineries to get here, but its worth it. The first floor features all the different sports for kids to play with/on. The 2nd floor has a build a bear workshop and lots of interactive exhibits built around mascots. They have their own mascot, Reggy, that came out and played with the kids, which they loved. We also had lunch there and spent $30 for a family of four. We live about 1.5 hours away from here, but will definitely make the trip again.

I’m a regular there because I’m a home health aid so I have a client I bring her every Wednesday for her senior group on the third floor and I’ve always loved the environment and the employees and never had any problems. 10/20/23 my friends and I brought our kids to celebrate their birthdays and the kids and I had a blast. Until the oldest kid came and told us that a staff member said stop running or else go find your parents. This was after a birthday party behind us was finished. Everybody was running around it’s a kids play area. They are very respectful kids. But no adult came and said anything to us and we were watching our kids the entire time. We also ordered food spent pretty good money on food there I might add and my hotdog was forgotten for a while and the pizza took way long than expected for 2 “personal pan” pizzas. Now when we started singing happy birthday to my one year old they were cleaning up to close so we were trying to do it in a hurry and they just watched us the whole time and told us we couldn’t because we had the cupcakes I apologized and already had them out so I quickly let the kids eat them. After we cleaned up some of the kids went to check out the gift shop but we told them no but afterwards the staff was checking to make sure the kids didn’t take anything which was very offensive. We never asked for a manager but one employee brought him out and I asked him about the no running thing…which I might add there’s no signs saying the kids can’t run it’s a play for kids. I told him I met one of the biggest contributors that helps keeps this place open and I’ll let him know about the discrimination we’ve experienced. I really liked this place and was disappointed. I’ll bring my client back because that my job but other than that I won’t recommend this place to anyone. I was...

If I could give Valerie 0 stars I would, worst customer service, my sister in law had a bridal shower at this location and we fell in love with the view. Went downstairs to inquire information and Valerie Reyes was awful gave me attitude from day one she told me all the information is also on their website and seemed annoyed with every question that I had . I wanted a specific date in August she told me to get back to her on Wednesday so I did and first thing she said we have not had our meeting yet with an attitude and I asked her if she can call me back as soon as possible again never called me back I called her Thursday and again said the person who she had had meeting with had to “run out”. At this point I feel like she was giving me the run around but figured I would give her the benefit out doubt.. I asked her if she September 21st was open she said yes asked me if I wanted to book I told her I just had to check with the church. A week later I called and again left her a vm and didn’t call me back. Again I called and she knew me by name I told her I was ready to book for the 21st of September and now she tells me she has to check with executes administrator finally calls me back and said they cannot accept reservations past August 31st and did not offer any other options as a event coordinator this is very very unprofessional. It doesn’t make sense that last week she was ready to book for September and this week she couldn’t. I hope this gets to the right...

Had my sons 4th birthday party here. It was a SMOOTH and pleasant experience! All the kids enjoyed themselves and all the activities there was to do. The staff was extremely nice and helped us with everything and our requested accommodations. I would totally recommend anyone planning a young kids party to do it here! It’s budget friendly and a good time. The facility is astonishingly super clean as well.

BUT there were two downsides.

The first one was that they say the birthday boy will be displayed on the Jumbotron. It took them an hour to figure out technical difficulties in order to display my sons picture. Not only that , the party is only 2 hours so the picture doesn’t stay up. It’s part of a very long slide show of advertisements and when the picture does finally come up it was very brief! So I wasn’t pleased with that .

Second was the host didn’t really help with getting the attention of the party attendees to alert of the cake cutting. I would of also appreciated a loud count down so everyone knew when to start singing simultaneously and to give people time to take out phones and to take pictures or videos. But because of this almost no one got a video of us singing happy birthday to the birthday boy , it just happened very fast since it’s a...
