Center Lounge — Restaurant in North Township

The Center Lounge might not be healthy. I mean its a Bar that serves typical bar fare; Wings, Burgers, Beef, Fish etc.. The front of Center Lounge takes you back in time, with a beautifully-worn wood bar, stocked with row after row of bottles bearing every type of booze. It always gives off a warmth that beckons one to sit down and feel comfortable. But I don't drink and I like to eat at home so I probably order 1-3 meals from there on an average week and have done so for years. Most of the girls working there know me by name and I know theirs. They are always friendly and along with a great kitchen staff they never make mistakes. Fine, there success rate is 99.8%. Be it the wings, I suggest both Garlic and Carriebean Jerk, the burger, patty melt, or even tacos on Tuesday for those who have stomachs lined with steel, I am joking they are fresh and delectable. Sigh, I gave this place two chances and it never seem to work out.

The first time I ate here I had gotten a grilled cheese and waffle fries. The fries were under cooked and the grilled cheese itself was pretty good. The fries were bad cause they were flavorless and sougy. The second time I just gotten food this evening, not long ago. My order this time was a grilled cheese and skinny fries. The worker could barely hear us trying to make the order, and mines was messed up my and my boyfriend's wasn't. They gave me onions in my grilled cheese which I didn't ask for and actual chips, which I asked for skinny fries. The disappointment in my face was like seriously? All I can say is I won't be coming back, but my boyfriend loves the porogies. He thinks they're great. I think the grilled is decent since those are hard to find for some odd reason around...

this was my first time coming here - I came based off the great reviews. we got there right before shift change I guess and the first bartender was very nice (she took our order). the second taller, brown shoulder length hair was absolutely horrible (9pm Tuesday) she came by us multiple times .didnt ask us if we needed anything to drink, actually said nothing to us. the cook had to give me a to go box and took our plates away. mind you there was probably 4 or 5 other people at the bar stools so not busy. i asked her for my check and she proceeded to help 3 other people's drink orders and didnt even say have a good night. she had an attitude towards us the whole time. we were there for one beer and food and left. the food was amazing I will say that. not sure if I'll be back based on her...
