Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a retail establishment. I had to ask for my order three times and the young African American girl kept asking me “what’s wrong?” She had the worst and most negative attitude I have ever seen in my 34 years on this earth. She was upset about the cold. I knew this because she rushed me when I was telling her I was basically missing half my order. She told me that it was cold and that I’m in my car and she’s by the window. We are both being exposed to the cold and I did not understand why she was upset with me. If she didn’t like it, she could have expressed that to her manager or supervisor.
I have worked at many restaurants and have had to work the drive thru in many cold winters. Yes it is cold, but most managers are understanding if you communicate concerns.This young lady was combative and did not care to help me out. Her supervisor asked me “what’s wrong” in a similar demeanor, albeit without the attitude. I was still missing items when I arrived home.
I was absolutely appalled by the response of the young girl when I left. She sarcastically handed me my food and told me to “have a nice day.” I grabbed my food and commented that I did not understand her attitude toward me. She snapped back with “I don’t understand why you’re still in my drive thru.” Then she motioned for me to move forward and was mouthing something.
I have no time to argue with children, so I left and came home. I am almost certain her managers and supervisors are aware of her terrible attitude and view of customers. She should not be working at any retail establishment in my opinion. She will cause them to lose money with her negativity and terrible attitude.
I have been going to this McDonald’s for two years now and I will be taking a break and going somewhere else. I really hope someone does something about her. All the other workers were nice and courteous. They need better training though instead of asking “what’s wrong”right off the bat. There was absolutely nothing wrong. All I wanted was my entire order. I spent over $50 and only received half my order. I don’t see how they could have messed up so much. There is clearly a lack of communication and direction at the moment.

This is the most convenient mc Donald’s to me living in Munster but I’ve had enough after them getting my order completely wrong yet again bacon smokehouse meal that they gave me a Swiss burger and i ordered a girls kids meal with yogurt and a kids sprite....no yogurt in the bag and the sprite was a water.....i called and asked to have it remade and i would be there in 10 minutes to get it....arrived at the store 10 minutes later waited in line politely and asked about my order that the manager said she would have ready for me ..when they talked to her the manager said she was working on it now..wait the time for them to make it (same time it would have taken if i just ordered it when i walked in) and when i got the “bacon smokehouse” and opened it it was still wrong! I was so mad. I asked for a refund and the manager walked away saying she would make it right. Uh no i want my money back so i can leave. Wasted enough of my time and i was hangrey at this point. she comes back to see if they brought out my burger. They did not. I told her again i just want a refund and I’m never coming back. After getting my refund i came here to tell everyone that believes in not even good or great service but at least decent service to please boycott this specific location unless they shape up and get their act together. (Tall, big short haired lady) My husband(who has covid) placed a mobile app order and when I got there it wasn't letting him put in the parking spot that I was parked at (was saying there was an error) I went through the drive-thru and the lady told me I need to come in and give them the order number, so I did. The lady then goes to grab Lisa who explains to me that I can't pick up his order and I need to have his phone for proof in order to get it. I have him send me all of the screenshots and the receipt to show that it came out of his account and she begins to talk over me to other customers and pretend that I'm not there. I called my husband to explain the situation and while I was on the phone with him I heard her talking about me to another employee. He called to speak to her. Mind you, I was staying completely level-headed this entire time and I just told her like I have the order number, order and the receipt like why is that not enough? Like had he put in the drive spot number and it actually worked we would not be in this situation and I would have the food right now. She then walks up to me and says "I just talked to him and I'm giving him a refund, bye." Like WHAT?!? CLEARLY IF YOU'RE GIVING HIM A REFUND YOU HAVE PROOF THAT HE PURCHASED IT SO WHY WOULD YOU JUST NOT GIVE US THE FOOD? So anyways, it's been over 30 minutes now and he still has not received his money back.
