Tony's Pizza Palace — Restaurant in North Wales

Our order was taken immediately and the food was cooked perfectly. We waited approx 10-15 mins for a large pizza, but it was worth it. The people running this pizzeria know how to make a great pizza. I know many people have specific tastes and preferences when it comes to pizza, and not everyone will like every pizza place, but it is definitely worth giving Tony's a try. Prices are competitive and they have a full selection of typical pizzeria food. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely go back. Now, onto the missing 5th star. I don't know if it is an ongoing thing, or just happened when I was there, but it seemed that either an employee or relative/friend of one had their small children back behind the counter and kitchen area, and appeared to have no control over them, to the point of almost screaming at them to stop running around and roughhousing with each other. 5 It was unpleasant to say the least to listen to someone screaming at their children as they run around behind the counter area, and the person in charge didn't seem to have a problem with it, even though it was clearly not the type of behavior that customers should see inside a place...

I have worked near this restaurant for the last few years, so I occasionally get lunch from here, and the food has always been terrific. The restaurant is family run, and everyone is usually quite friendly.

Their pizza is quite good (both normal and the thicker Sicilian pizza) and they usually have a few selections available by the slice, around lunch time at least. They have excellent sandwiches also, such as their cheesesteaks, chicken parm and especially the Italian hoagie.

The only thing that keeps them from being five stars is the pricing, which is a bit high in my opinion. The sandwiches are several dollars more than the places by my house, with equivalent quality and quantity. I still go here for lunch, but not very frequently due to the price. Also, they are cash only, which may present a problem if you're not...

would say 0 if i could. they have a parking sign for the last two parking spots.. I was parked further front (not where you could see a sign!) BTW doesnt have arrows or anything! I checked when i got back and i didn't notice until i got back from shopping. got screamed at by a rude employee or owner whatever. said i was in the parking when it was 15 mins only. maybe speak to the county or the township about fixing that sign instead of yelling at a random person. read other reviews of just rude customer service. was planning on trying more places around here but i know to avoid this place because you get screamed at for poor...
