I'm so sad to be writing this review and really hesitated because the manager did end up coming over, albeit it was by accident and not because any of the staff had told him to. We were here one time last year and our son has been begging to come back. We made reservations days before and have been looking forward to celebrating his pre-k graduation here. When we arrived, they asked if we would sit outside. We said no because of the air quality. Then, the only indoor option they offered was a booth in the bar that is intended for three people but they said because we had 2 kids it would probably work. It was cramped but we would make it work. Then, we waited 15 minutes with no server arriving. I had to walk back out to the hostess to complain for us to finally have a server arrive 5 minutes later. We put in our food and drink orders with no acknowledgement of our long wait or a willingness to accommodate my food allergy. The comment was that I should just avoid one of the sauces - not that they would actually not include the sauce I was allergic to. We still waited another 15ish minutes to get our drinks. Food came out quickly and was tasty. But we continued to wait for our server to come back. Finally another waitress came over to see if we needed anything and told us she'd advise our waiter we needed the check. She ended up bringing the check. While waiting for someone to pickup our check, the manager came over to ask if everything was okay. I gave essentially the above review and he knocked some $ off our check, which we appreciated. He said all the right things but I'm still so disappointed. We were at the restaurant for over 1.5 hours and now I'm putting my son to bed after bedtime. We only ordered drinks and entrees! Just such a...

Had dinner last nite.. party of three. The dinner purpose was for celebrating my belated birthday. Our server was Scott and we all liked him.. he was helpful, attentive and friendly. Love the place that has outdoor seating and have the bar inside and at the patio side. The place was busy.. probably because of the happy hour. Great place for hang out for sure. They have big menu, I had a hard time to choose because everything sounds interesting and delicious. For the appetizer we had Thai grilled chicken lettuce wraps (wish they put more vermicelli noodles), banging shrimp, fried pickles and shellfish chowder and all these was good. For our main dinner I ordered myself a plate of paella valenciana, my husband had lobster roll and our dad had Mediterranean salad. Also all these was good except my husband said the lobster roll was much better taste at Jersey shore but at this place was much lesser price. For desserts we had Portuguese custard, key lime pie and apple cranberry crumb pie.. again desserts also was good. By the way my husband really enjoy his blueberry hill cocktail 👌 The only concerning for us was the parking sort of struggle to get a spot, like other reviews mentioned the parking space at this restaurant really minimal and only has 2 handicap. Last thing was this place ever had jambalaya before? Because my husband swore that he saw it on the online menu a week ago before we made the reservation and he was really looking forward to have that for last night dinner but somehow it wasn’t on the menu at all. Other than that our...

Went there for the menu and the outdoor seating. However you can only sit on the patio if you have 4 or less people, we had 5 so we were very disappointed about that. Food was really good. Martinis were very small and expensive. I was excited about the chocolate chip cookie skillet with ice cream and Nutella drizzle but the cookie came out really hard which was the exact thing I didn’t want (I even asked the server about that) and while I waited about 10 minutes for the server to come back so I could tell her I didn’t want it, the ice cream wasn’t even melted so I’m not sure what they do to make that but it was disappointing. Service was a little slow but we got everything we needed and didn’t feel rushed so it was kinda nice. The hostesses however seemed like it was their first day. They were slow and confused. Taking people at the door in the wrong order and seemed like she needed to type a novel on their computer in order to know where to seat guests. It took almost 15 minutes to get seated and we were one of two parties in the foyer and the other couple had a reservation. Then they lead us to a table and we had to stand there between other guests who were eating and servers and runners who were trying to work while they rearranged the tables and disappeared to go find more chairs and then slowly brought them back one at a time, so that kind of set us off on a slightly irritated start. I’d like to go back and try more of the menu and actually...

A very solid place to get a drink and a meal. The parking is limited but they say you can park in the adjacent lot. I started the mail off with an old fashioned and it was absolutely delicious. They have some really good happy hour specials so I decided to order from them. I got the shell chowder which threw me for a loop because it was red and in my mind I was thinking it would be in a white broth. It was still very delicious and came with bread and a butter horseradish. The quesadillas were absolutely delicious as well and came with three different dipping sauces. I chose the dry rubbed wings and was a little disappointed. But I prefer my wings to be smaller and a bit more crispy. Also got the margherita flatbread which had a pesto sauce and roasted pine nuts as a added bonus. The waiter I had was very professional but I have a critique for the wait staff in general. Being a former waiter I feel like the personal conversations should be out of sight of the customers. I couldn't help but overhearing/seeing several conversations between the wait staff. This was my first time there and I will be back again.
