If I could give 10 stars I would. From reaching out to them on Instagram to saying yes to the dress, there has been nothing about HOB that I would change! I reached out asking what I needed to do as I have never dress shopped for a wedding gown before. They gave me their email and we started the process! They called to confirm (I wasn’t feeling so great but didn’t want to miss my appt). The next day I had strep and my mom had Covid so the day of my appt we had to cancel. They did not care about canceling at all instead they wanted to make sure we were okay! We finally got to HOB for my first appt ever and I tried in a few different styles. I had no idea what I wanted and Morgan who helped us made me step out of what I thought I wanted and boy am I glad she did. I didn’t get anything because I was just getting a feel for what I liked/disliked. My second appt I couldn’t schedule right away as my uncle was sick and we were not sure if we could make a certain day/time. They were so understanding and told me to reach out when I was ready! I did just that and again Morgan made me put a dress on that I was ehhh about on the hanger…. Sure enough it was the one!!!! That same Saturday I was going to see my uncle for the last time and I was able to show him my dress before he passed just yesterday. I am forever grateful for HOB for being so patient and kind during my entire experience. Because of them my uncle was able to see me in a white dress (through pictures) before entering heaven. I was shopping for a Mother of the Groom gown. First let me say I am not a shopper! So I was feeling a little nervous shopping for such a special occasion. Erika was my consultant, and from the moment I walked into the shop she made me feel very comfortable. Erika went right to work pulling gowns that she thought would be a good fit for me. I, on the other hand kept saying “ that’s not me” or “no way could I wear that”. Erika said “ trust me” just let’s try them on. I had 6-7 gowns in my dressing room and I remember thinking to myself no way am I going to feel comfortable in these. Maria was asking what type of wedding it was going to be, where the venue was, etc. I never would have thought that plays into what type of gown I should be looking for. I tried the first gown Erika pulled and to my surprise I LOVED it ! I did try the rest of the gowns that were pulled for me, and honestly if it didn’t look good on me they told me. I never felt pressured to make a decision on the spot, and I absolutely appreciated their honesty . House of Bridal and their consultants made my visit very relaxed and enjoyable! They took me out of my comfort zone and I can not wait to wear it at my sons wedding! I will be back in a few months to look for another gown for another sons wedding !! I visited House of Bridal back in February as an out of town bride and this was my first ever dress shopping experience. I'm so happy that I chose House of Bridal to shop at - they were amazing! My consultant, Morgan, was so sweet and friendly. She made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. She had great knowledge of the dresses and really listened to what I liked/disliked about dresses so she could adjust what she suggested. Myself, mom, and sister were also able to look through the racks ourselves for dresses. The shop itself is a big, bright area with roomy dressing areas. It's a great atmosphere!

Even though I did not end up buying my dress from here, the dresses they have are absolutely gorgeous. Morgan was able to find several dresses within my budget and was patient with me as I tried out different styles. Since I was from out-of-town, I had many appts. stacked together in a weekend and had to make a decision soon. The staff were able to squeeze me in for a 10 minute appt. on another day to try on a dress a second time. Their customer service is unmatched!
