Every day I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts and get a frozen coffee with three caramel pumps and two mocha pumps. The pigment of the coffee is usually a light skin color and today my coffee came out A really dark brown color. For three years I have been ordering the same drink from Dunkin’ Donuts and from experience working as a Dunkin’ Donuts team lead and from experience drinking this coffee every day I know that the drink will only come out that dark if it is accidentally made with milk or if they added a bit too much coffee syrup before blending it in the oasis machine. I told the person handing me the drink that it was too dark and I would like it remade. The person who handed me my drink hands me my drink every single day and should notice that the pigment is much too dark but she pretended that she had never seen me before or my drink and her and the person who made it announced to me that it was this dark because there is tWo PuMPs of mOChA in it. After They remade it it looked much better I would have been fine and just drove away but they decided to keep the conversation going and continue to tell me how wrong I was and how confused I was about the pigment and to expect it to be that dark all the time because of the Moka. I didn’t like his condescending tone and how he made me feel like a confused person/customer especially since I’ve been drinking this drink for years and whenever it comes out that dark it tastes far too bitter. With all this said there is another woman in the drive-through who notices when the pigment in my drink is off before I even notice it! and she does a phenomenal job and always asks them to remake it for me. I’m just so confused As to why one person working in the drive-through can give me amazing customer service and attention to detail and another person will talk to me as though I am confused and completely gaslight me and pretend that they have never seen me or my drink before when I see them every day! (it is the girl with the fingerless gloves with pink stripes on them.) I appreciate them remaking my drink but I don’t appreciate them treating me like some Karen my drink cost $3.20 for a small! of course I want it to come out tasting Correct and from experience I know when it comes out that dark it taste really bitter and leaves a bitter taste in my mouth for the rest of the day. I've ordered jelly munchkins, and these are the worst I've ever had.. Feels like I ke chewing on a Ball of Dough..., that is powdered with sugar coating and a plop of jelly on the inside.. (NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER THESE TO EAT MYSELF OR EVEN ORDER TO SERVE CHILDREN....., AS MATTER OF FACT I WOULDN'T EVEN ORDER THEM TO SERVE MY WORST ENEMY!!) THEY ARE GROSS...
PS: I also need to note that in the past I have ordered a small cup of plan HOT water..., so that I could add my own bag of Tea and enjoy the cup of tea.. When ordering the cup of water, I am always ordering several other items.. , than add the cup if Hot water to my order.. The Man who owns these 2 Franchise locations always insists on charging $0.75 , which I feel as absolutely absurd. I could almost understand if the only thing I was ordering was just a cup of Hot water.. But, I always order a couple coffee's and a sandwich, then the cup of Hot water... Seriously Sir..., if you are trying to keep good relationships with your customers... Than drop the charge for a Cup of Hot water..

Read moreIs the first time Me and my son going into this dunkin just went to ordered our food drive thru one of the employee took our ordered with a nasty attitude like they having a hearing issues made my son to repeat the orders 3 time and said "is that all" kept repeating like if the costumer hasn't finishing ordering the entire meals not letting him finished yet this place needs new team members taking they're sweet time to top it all one of the sandwiches was wrong if they don't like taking orders or don't like what they're doing then don't work there that's unacceptable the manager needs to hire great positive friendly staffs totally unprofessional poor costumer service beautiful...
