Idk who the night crew for the date of April 22 2025 of this McDonald’s but I have to be brutally honest.
The women working were not nice, weren’t professional, and they all looked like they didn’t want to be there. Yes we all have bad days but why work if you aren’t going to serve customers the way they deserve to be served?
My grandfather and I ordered from the McDonald’s app with two separate orders and I had redeemed rewards aswell where my points were taken. So I said ok my free rewards were redeemed, mind you I do this all the time. When I go up the window the girl looks at us with a nasty attitude and claims she never saw a reward being redeemed and looks at her coworkers all confused. Instead of being professional and getting a manager you were able to tell that they were ready to let ignorance kick in and start a fight.
Never got my rewards and my grandfather pulled away and said don’t even fight over a burger. I said it’s not about the burger… it’s about having great customer service and treating people the way you’re suppose to. It’s about the principal not the damn burger!

Read moreTerrible experience today at this location with my 3 year old, it took them well over 30 minutes to bring food out, when I asked about the delay I was rudely told they haven’t even started the order, this was 15 min or so after ordering. I witnessed several customers being spoken to in a similar manner and being a store manager myself I was appalled by this and appalled by the break down of management and the systems that are surely in place. I ordered a macchiato, it wasn’t brought out with the food Andy’s that time I was told the machine was broken, when asked about a refund my receipt was taken and the she never returned with it, when I was leaving the line was so long it wasn’t worth my time to wait for a $2 refund. The location itself was extremely dirty and trash bins were all over flowing with trash to the point items were on the floor. In summary I got to this location about 1130am and didn’t leave until almost 1pm and at no point was there any apology for the delay. When I was giving my code for my order through the drive thru a car had sped past me and went to the second window to gossip and talk to an employee there. The employee had made eye contact with me multiple times and just continued on with her conversation with her friend and completely ignored my presence. This went on for about 30 minutes before anything happened. The car did not move and that employee did not try to give me my order. Another employee had to come behind my vehicle and give me my order. He had no real explanation on what was going on other than "manager on manager talk". If it was truly manager on manager talk then it could have been taken inside at least the car could have moved up a bit just so I could get my order.
