
Truly upset. The customer service at this location has dramatically went down. I walked in and the Caucasian lady I held the door for behind me was greeted and welcomed to the store. They immediately asked her if she needed help. Little do they know I'm a makeup artist with an ulta credit card. No one approached me to ask if I needed any help. I spent 20 min playing with makeup seeing if anyone would ask me if I needed help finding an item. It was Saturday and suprisingly the store was not that busy for them to be so rude. I finally gave up and went up to ask for help. And to make matters worst, I had placed an online pick up order for a black IT linear that was on sale among other things. When I got home, I realized the associate who did my order clearly had one silly job to do and bagged my order with a brown liner. I wonder how you screw that up if the sku don't match? So I wasted more gas going to another location. They were alot more helpful (Niles) greeted me when I came in. The only issue it's now 9pm and the liner is sold out all over even online and the stores were closing. So thank you to the brilliant associate who did my order. I wasted gas and time running around and just to have the item be sold out even online. Please read your orders and double check them before you bag them and stop stereotyping people. If you need verification you can check your cameras, and I will also bet any amount of money if you do your inventory count you will be missing a brown retractable IT liner that was on sale 9.30 for the 21...

I was in a last minute rush before a concert and needed to find specific products Iād be using for the first time from skincare to hair care. Descriptively I remember Earin with curly hair on the shorter side, beautifully rich with melanin, medium complexion. Beautiful Black woman. Awesome personality.
She offered the best experience so I selectively choose this Ulta over the other thatās also close by. It couldāve been May 15th or more suggestively May 17th to be exact. During the day. Earin was welcoming, understood my being short on time. I bought everything she recommended! I left with accurate products, feeling seen and comfortable the entire time. It unfortunately is not always this experience.
So special thanks to Earin as she invited a safe space. Most importantly I observed her care was consistent with ALL customers in more than one visit. Keep...

I realized almost immediately that I had left my wallet in the store. I found myself feeling guilty that I had to bother them( again.) So, I knocked because the store had just closed . It was about 8;03 pm . OK, I make I eye contact with the rude cashier, about 3 times! She just ignored me-. . I have been in retail myself for many years and I get you want to get out asap but WOW.!! In case youāre wondering. Iām a petite mom who SHOPPED at Ulta regularly.. I even used my Ulta credit card that night so I donāt quite get why the woman whoād just checked out would not open the door., for a minute or two??
