Loved this place! My sister got the Dirty brown sugar milk tea and was obsessed, we live far in gurnee but she keeps asking to go back haha I got the strawberry milk tea and I liked how you can customize the sweetness since I don’t like mine to be overly sweet and the sizes/prices were good we spent about 5-6 per drink. You can also take your sweet time browsing the menu without pressure by ordering at the tablets (and of course they had a regular register if you prefer ordering that way) The person working the counter was also super sweet and the decore was cute. We even left with some cute $5 boba keychains! Loved it 10/10...

I visited this place today and I was thoroughly impressed! The highlight of my experience was definitely their amazing waffles. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making for a delightful treat.

I also tried their Thai tea boba tea, which was simply fantastic. I loved that I could customize the sweetness level to my preference, allowing me to enjoy the drink exactly how I like it. The boba was chewy and fresh, adding the perfect texture to the creamy tea.

I am SO freaking happy they opened a GONG CHA in the Chicago suburbs (nearer to me)!!!!! Ever since I drank this in Toronto two years ago, I have missed it. The tea flavor is strong even with my regular 100% sweetness. I need it to have a strong tea taste with the creaminess. It really hit the spot. They have bubble waffles, which I was too full to try, but I hope they get more snacks and desserts. The one in Toronto had Croffles and it would be such a great addition. Space is clean and has enough places to sit. Closes later that regular suburb places, so...
