K-bop has some Korean dishes that I feel are hard to find in other Korean restaurants like kimbap and odeng (fish cake soup). At least from my experience. I may not have tried hard. Regardless, I was really craving kimbap and I was glad to find this place. I was really excited when I saw they also had odeng. I'm not Korean, but I used to live in South Korea for 8 years. I loved getting odeng from street vendors in the winter. It would really warm you up and it was so comforting. This odeng really hit the spot the same way and they give you a HUGE portion. I even let my one year old try the soup and he loved it. It was so cute. We also ordered the burri-bop and the bibimbap with the soy garlic chicken. The burri-bop was huge and my husband said it was really good. The egg was cooked perfectly on the bibimbap. I expected the soy garlic chicken to not be breaded/Korean fried chicken. I didn't necessarily like the breaded chicken more from just wanting it to be a little healtheir, but it was still really good! I'm also excited to see they have tteokbokki, but I can never get anyone to share with me since it's spicy (haha), so I hardly ever order it. All this to say, ALL the food was so good. I personally thought it was really authentic. Of course they have some "Americanized" versions of Korean food but it all tastes really authentic and well made. I highly recommend. I honestly have jumped from Korean restaurant to Korean restaurant, not really finding food I like. But so far this is my favorite, and I will definitley be reordering from here again! I can't wait to try all the different kimbaps. I only tried the bulgogi kimbap for...

I always order kimbap from this place, Food was always very satisfying and good. Service is not always great but fine EXCEPT TODAY.

Cashier Juyin attended to us after a while that we arrived at their shop. She came out from the kitchen and took my order, not smiling, poker faced, monotone. She asked if it will be for dine in or take out? I told her ti add a coke to the order. She nonchalantly sarcastically replied you get it from there referring to fridge, I said in a low voice I know (since it was not my first time to order from them) but I have to let you know so you can include in my bill.

I went out to buy boba from an adjacent store and lost track of time so I checked in with her when I came back if my order was ready. She replied “ I told you 10-15mins” in a very mean way, stressing the 10-15 mins.

I finally got my order but before I left I told her it doesn’t hurt if she can at least try to be a little friendly to customers like us.

Satisfaction with products should always be matched with good customer service. Not necessarily a excellent, good and basic customer service is enough and essential for a business to keep going.

This day and age internet can be a good tool to advertise your products and a good experience is the best way to elicit good reviews on...

Date of Visit: June 30, 2025

I’ve been a customer here several times because I liked the food, but after today’s experience, I don’t think I’ll ever return.

When I walked in, no one greeted me. I was looking at the menu at the counter, and the female staff member (wearing a colored contact lens, ponytail with cap) started tapping her fingers on the counter, clearly trying to rush me to order. I asked if they had one item—she said no. I asked about another—again, no. Then she told me that since the restaurant would be closed the next day, they were out of a lot of items. I really didn’t understand how that was supposed to be an explanation.

What made things worse was her attitude. Throughout the conversation, she kept picking at her eye with her fingers while talking to me—it was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. If someone is that tired or unwilling to engage respectfully with customers, they shouldn’t be working that day and taking it out on others.

Also, when handing me the food, there wasn’t a single “thank you” or “have a nice day.” Just complete silence and coldness.

It’s really disappointing, because I used to enjoy coming here for the food. But after this experience, I have absolutely no...

We were really excited to try this place out…tried the soondae, ttukboki, donkatsu kimbop, salmon tongbap, and spicy pork cup bap. Spicy cup bap was good but didn’t have noodles as advertised in pictures, and donkatsu kimbop was just okay. I wouldn’t recommend getting the other three. They use flour based dduk, not rice, overcooked and only had 2 small pieces odeng in the ddukboki. It was also very soup-y. Salmon tongbop lacked flavor/sauce- rice was too mushy, and the stale, fried and oily flakes were over the top. It was hard to eat as the salmon pieces were thick and long. It also had way too much cabbage. The soondae fell apart immediately when I tried to pick up one. It didn’t taste fresh at all. Tasted like they used the microwave to heat it up for way too long- it was oddly a bit sweet with some kind of white sauce drizzled on top and had a bad smell, too- fail for soondae. If you want to be disappointed like us, try it for yourself. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend.

I ate this so fast, I forgot that I took pictures. I finally made it after almost a year. My goodness, I will never eat Gimbop any other way. This Gimbop changed my world hahaha. My order: Spicy pork Gimbop Pork cutlet Gimbop. Wow, the meat itself was bursting with flavor on its own. Each dish was worth more than I paid. I say that based of quality. With such high quality food, i orag this place has an abundance of business. The best Gimbop I've ever had. I'll be ordering the same each time. Wow! I took pictures covered and uncovered. I might as well dined in...I ate so fast in the car hahaha. The host was kind, generous, very sweet and the atmosphere was warm and a place you just want to eat and enjoy!!!

I saw this place on Grubhub and couldn't resist and I'm so glad I placed an order! We have a few similar places nearby but K-bop is now my new favorite. The triangles were so sweetly packaged and were incredibly tasty! The buldak bibim-bop was well packaged, a great portion, and tasted phenomenal! The bulgogi was different than expected but I loved it either way. They were slightly larger chunks of the meat and had a wonderful texture, slightly crispy on the outside and so tender on the inside. The vegetables were excellent as well, such a great variety and quality! I can't wait to order again and try more of their menu!
