Wow, this particular Jimmy John’s location provides Unbelievably Exceptional customer service across the board, Above-and-Beyond their regularly good customer service. ‘Not only great sandwiches— but

Rogelio and Christyshan ( the associates on this specific visit) were so Kind and polite; and clearly knew the establishment’s products to make what turned out to be an excellent choice for myself, my Mom and our ‘older’ friend. My Mom loved the turkey sandwich with provolone ( I am sorry, I forgot the name of the sandwich / number) ; I love the Veggie and our friend loved the Spicy Italian. Bread is delicious— that ‘just right’ soft ( but Never soggy!). Sandwiches are well- seasoned (of course varying on the type of sandwich) but not overly- so.

Both associates were very kind — even close to their closing time full of energy and treated me as a valued customer.

Seungyeon is the nicest lady you will ever have take your order and deliver your food. She took my order at 15 minutes till close, and it is a blizzard outside right now. She was also the one who delivered the order, so I can only assume they must be short-staffed right now. So she drove through the blizzard and then brought the food all the way up to our 3rd floor apartment. She brought the food in a box which was nice, and told me to go have a seat while I signed the receipt. My mental math on the spot is always bad, and upon calculating realized I only gave her only slightly under 20% tip, when I really should have gave much more. I hope you know what a good employee you have in Seungyeon. Such a pleasant person and went above and beyond for her...

Didn't used to be a problem here, but they are consistently extremely slow to deliver for the last year or more. Expect about an hour to deliver. You may see your food arrive earlier, but an hour or more is typical at lunchtime. Swift delivery is heavily marketed, nationally, by this chain... so something has gone terribly awry at this location for them to have issues with this.

Another major gripe is that their phone number is more or less non-functional. I'm not sure that I've ever been able to contact them at the listed number.
