McDonald's — Restaurant in Northfield Township

As if McDonald’s employees from my perspective are not lazy enough even the Manager could not take the time or have the math skills to figure out how they screwed up in the first place. I ordered a 20 piece chicken McNuggets and when I saw the price I was taken back as they charged me $8.38 when the menu clearly reads 20 piece nuggets at $5.59. I had to wait for the manager to get back from his lunch while mine was getting cold because nobody else could handle this. The first thing the manager told me was they don’t have that pricing anymore without looking at anything. I replied by pointing right above his head at the menu asking then why does it say $5.59 right there for 20 piece nuggets. He grumbled under his breath and then looked at the receipt and opened the cash drawer giving me back $3 as if it was an even amount. I asked him what the tax percentage is at this location and he told me 10%. I proceeded to do the calculations for percent in front of both the manager and cashier whom look very perplexed and I told him that it was $3.07 that was owed back to me. I’m not one to penny pinch but I can’t stand for stupidity. The looks and attitude were not needed and when I first said that I had an issue it should have been handled with a professional demeanor and tact. When going here remember to check you receipt and order as they have left things out even when ordering using their app. I can’t believe they want more money for employees when they can’t even manage simple orders and math. I am just very disappointed in humanity at this point and McDonald’s perpetuating this under performing and under educated system and then rewarding these people for this sub par...

McDonald's Store #33824 is notoriously wrong with its orders. Specifically, they regularly omit food from your order. This time, it was so horrific that I drove the 5 miles back to the store to address it.

They forgot to give me all 22 nuggets from my order. Plus, the two special-order burgers were not special-order at all.

When I asked who was in charge, they lied until I raised my voice, then the actual manager came out. I told him they missed 22 nuggets and got BOTH special order burgers wrong. I told him I wanted my entire order again and said, "let's see if you can actually get it right". He refused. I then said that I wanted the burgers remade and the nuggets delivered. He said nuggets were in 'the bag'. I responded that there were two bags and no nuggets. He finally agreed to make the 22 nuggets. I asked him where they were concerning my actual order? No response. I told him this happens ALL the time. No response. I asked where they put the food they don't give to the customers. No response. I asked what else he was going to do to fix this issue. No response. He handed me a bag of 22 nuggets and told me to leave, which I did. Investigate this store for food stealing!

Stopped in for lunch with my son yesterday after picking him up from Preschool. Man was this place packed! We had to wait just to get a seat! Food was typical McDonalds quality. The staff was very friendly and this location has a nice interior design. Can never go wrong with a QPC and large fries. Highly recommend using the app to order as their are usually pretty good deals to take advantage of like free fries! My only complaint is that the toy in my son’s Happy Meal wasn’t really a toy. It was a big piece of paper with some games and mazes on it. He was really sad when he opened it and realized it wasn’t a toy he could play with as he is still too young for that. Hopefully they get some new toys in stock for the Happy Meals soon! He still had a great time though, especially when we got some ice cream to wrap...
