Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Northfield Township

Greatly disappointed. I actually have only had Popeyes once in my life prior to this location opening. When this store opened, I was excited. It's 3 minutes from my house. I went in about two weeks ago and ordered the chicken sandwich combo. Food was ready quickly, but the employees definitely did not seem to care about me or their job. Can't say they were rude, but highly uninterested. When I got home, I bit into the sandwich and there was nothing on the sandwich but the chicken. So disappointing and annoying. I wasn't driving back for Mayo and pickles so I ate it and did my best to forget. Tonight I went back in hopes of a successful second chance. I walk in and immediately notice the dirty ass floors. It rained about 6 hours before I got there and it was just nasty. How could you not mop up those floors? I walked to the counter, and again the employees seemed so uninterested. Clearly, they couldn't even mop the floors. Got the food, order was correct, but the meal itself was so sub par. Chicken was chewy, fries were cold and soggy. I'm not going back to this place again. This is a brand new location and they are running it into the ground. The food should be perfect, place should be spotless, and the staff welcoming. Get a clue on how to run a successful business! Especially within the first year when you need to establish yourself! I predict if they don't turn it around, they'll be closing their doors...

I went into the store expecting good chicken since I do enjoy the franchise. What I got did not fit the description at all. My two friends and I ordered at the kiosk. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich combo, my friend struggled with getting a plain chicken sandwich both at the kiosk and at the register. We recieved our food before the gentleman in front of us, and he left the store due to his food taking so long, he eventually came back but I wouldn’t blame him for leaving. My other friend ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders which looked undercooked, and he recieved 8 pieces. Another man ordered 8 pieces and they didn’t have his order, the worker had a 5 piece chicken. The other man didn’t receive his chicken for minutes on end and he ordered after us and by that time I was almost finished eating. My friend who ordered the chicken sandwich also recieved his French fries not even bagged they were shuffled in the large paper bag without being in a bag or container. Absolutely Delicious, A Must-Visit! I recently visited Popeyes and I have to say, the food is absolutely amazing! The taste is incredible, every bite is packed with flavor. Whether it’s the crispy chicken, buttery biscuits, or their perfectly seasoned fries, everything is mouth-fulling and satisfying. You can truly tell the quality of the ingredients they use.

What makes the experience even better is the friendly and welcoming staff ( Ash).The customer service was top-notch, they were attentive, polite, and made the whole visit feel comfortable and enjoyable.

I especially loved how fresh and hot the food came out. You can taste the care that goes into every order. The spicy chicken sandwich? Easily one of the best I’ve ever had.
