Visited this location yesterday and the first thing I will say is I'm unimpressed. The manner in which you enter the drive thru is weird and in my opinion poorly designed.
Upon arriving at the speaker 🔊 to order Rachel came on to take our order. Her demeanor was rushed, short and truly unnecessary. It wasn't like there was anyone in line behind us and we only ordered a medium coffee with room for cream and sugar. Four sugars and cream. When she repeated the order back she didn't mention the cream and sugar so I brought it up again to make sure she got it. Her response was "Yeah, I know." Uhm - okay!
Anywho, once we got to the window she accepted payment and handed my husband's coffee ☕, cream and sugar to me. She immediately closed the window without a thank you, have a nice day, "kick rocks" or whatever. We didn't get a stirrer or napkins, so I waited, until she can back to the window. When she did she seemed even more bothered than before. She handed us a stirrer with her hands all over it instead of grabbing a napkin, or something to pick it up hygenically. I mean your hands have been all over the register, taking money, etc. We still didn't get napkins. She abruptly closed the window and walked away again. Lawd have mercy! I waited again to try to get napkins, she opened the window once again and said "What do you need?" I told her nothing. I already got it darlin' - your name.
To Rachel and Starbucks: You have a job because we're patronizing your business. I actually wanted to order more, we wanted breakfast sandwiches but because of your uncaring demeanor we kept our order to the bare minimum. Please think about that when you're handling customers. There is a HUGE area of opportunity here as it relates to Rachel and the customer service experience she's providing or lack there of - REALLY.
There are too many other coffee places to put up with less than a positive customer service experience. Pay attention Starbucks. The details are important. I'm sure there was a time when McDonald's didn't think they'd one day not be "top dog". There's danger in resting in your laurels. Just a piece of advice.

Most of the drive-thru girls are rude, nasty and unfriendly with the EXCEPTION of Chris who goes above and beyond each and every time but I no longer see her when I visit. Twice at this location 2 very separate rude and combatative girls ruined my morning because my drink was made incorrectly and I politely asked them to fix it only for them to snap back and begrudgingly do it. Read moreI have to put this out there-this location has stepped up BIG TIME during this whole ordeal. There are literally 4 sbux within 5-10 min of my job (which is considered essential right now) - ALL CLOSED. This is the the only location open and they are cranking out coffee like crazy! Not only that they have a positive attitude, they are following the guidelines (whether they agree or not with them) they are following them and keeping essential workers going! The drive thru has to be 20+ cars long DAILY, ALL DAY, and they handle the mobile orders seamlessly! I order via the app on my phone it takes me 15 min to get there I get out walk to the waiting area outside give them my name and out comes my drink. ❤️ so I applaud them! 👍🏻 This location is picking up the load of 3 other locations so the demand is triple what it normally would be!
