The parking lot is small, which is the only issue with this place because it's so good it may be hard to find parking. Other than that, they have some of the best ice cream around. I dont think its a huge corporation, so you know they are thinking of their customers. I believe it's homemade. They have SO many flavors and rotating flavors to choose from. Holidays get their own unique flavor as well! Not only that, but they have vegan options, dairy free options, and even ice cream for your pooch! (Vegan peanut butter with milk bone). The serving amount they give is awesome, and the pricing is pretty fair. Highly recommended by not only me but everyone i have ever talked to about it. People constantly ask me if I have gone because they can't wait to share this place. If you haven't been yet, you definitely need to go try it at least once. But warning, it is so good it can be addictive. A lot of people go to try it and now has become a frequent stop for them (and my own family too!). Good luck with your diet, for sure.
After reading other reviews that call this place expensive, it's going to be expensive if you buy the most expensive options, i guess. I went with me, my fiance, and my dog, and it only came out to 14$, so I'm not sure what they meant. They do have pints of ice cream to take home, which are 13$ a piece. Make sure to consider the prices on the board and how mega corporations are also charging almost the same pricing with mass-produced ice cream.
I guess avoid the vanilla because people tend to not favor that. They have a board of options, though, so I'm not sure what people meant by little options either. There is a board on the left for pricing and what you can get there. the right board is flavors and etc.
As far as the service, every time i have gone, i have gotten nothing but smiles and willingness to help. Considering how busy they are (open every day and every season), i constantly think that the workers are probably scrambling to keep up! This is not a place to make a quick stop. The line reaches down the sidewalk a lot of times. You're gonna need a little patience as some orders may be more complicated than others. Especially when there may be one adult in front of you, but with 12 kids from practice or a game that are sitting somewhere else. I feel mistakes are bound to happen because they're human, but make your...
Read moreGiving 3 stars because of the service we received the other night. Usually we love coming here and have no complaints. Went last week and upon being called before even getting up to the window the young girl rolled her eyes at us. After placing my order I asked for an extra cup of a topping which I’ve done multiple times (willing to pay whatever for said extra topping) and the girl cut me off and said they couldn’t do that. I quickly came back and told her I will pay whatever for it and that the other girls have done it for me before as recently as 2 weeks prior. She replied back with an attitude she couldn’t do it and her and I went back and fourth a few times before I finally just stormed off. If she would have explained she couldn’t because of stock or new rules I would have understood but her dismissive argumentative attitude turned me right off. I understand the girls are young and I’ve worked customer service for years but have a little more courtesy. We’ve been going here since it opened multiple times a month and never had an issue but this last experiance just really...
Read moreSatisfying for every ice cream lover! The flavors are exquisite, so many options and all sounding delicious.
What had me over the top was their very notable allergen/diet guides, specifically GF. I asked the woman for a gluten free vanilla, and when she turned to inform the staff scooping of change/sanitation and safety, I was in shock but moreover experiencing such a calming moment as my son with Celiac is safe here. Especially with kids working in these ice cream establishments all over, it's not fully understood or proper protocols in place to assist In safely handling gluten free items for Celiac.
And talk about their portions! This picture doesn't do justice as I already started enjoying my cone lol.
Top scoop: salted caramel with pretzel Bottom scoop: nutterfluffer ( I believe) with chocolate and peanut butter
