First & foremost, McDonald's, you're absolutely ridiculous for making your rewards program consist of numerous daily deals & promos in addition to an extensive selection of options to redeem points yet only allow ONE reward, deal or promo to be used per order.
How the heck is that rewarding?! You end up paying more using rewards than if you didn't. You're not even close to "struggling" so let's get over the corporate greed nonsense and launch a rewards program that actually rewards your customers. I have A LOT of points that have gone to waste & "expired" yet I haven't been able to use them unless I place 4 separate orders which no one has time for those games.
Secondly, in regards to this specific location, the mgr who worked the drive thru window the night of our visit was EXTREMELY rude simply because we had a few questions. For example, could I swap the 2 cheeseburgers in the Eagles bundle box w/ 2 McChicken's? Like the ones from the $1 menu, nothing crazy. You would have thought we were asking to be given 6 Big Macs in place of those 2 little cheeseburgers.
Then, after already being treated like crap at window 1, I proceed to window 2. I didn't think you could get much ruder or more miserable but I guess when your manager is mean & miserable then it only would make sense for the employees under him to be even worse. I've NEVER been given such an attitude simply for asking for BBQ Sauce!! Dude handed me my drink & I VERY nicely said "Thank you! Have a great night!" And in return I was completely ignored & if looks could kill then I definitely would NEVER have had the chance to write this review because I legit would have dropped dead INSTANTLY.
I wish I could say I was exaggerating when describing their rudeness & all around MISERABLE attitudes but sadly I couldn't make that up if I tried. I will NEVER go back there again.
Tbh I'm 100% DONE w/ McDonald's as a whole until they learn how to not try making jokes of their customers, the people that keep them in business and actually launch a REAL Rewards program that actually rewards their customers for supporting their business.
The food has gone wayyyy downhill, has gotten SIGNIFICANTLY smaller yet also A LOT more expensive, the staff couldn't care less about what's going on nor about how they treat the customers, & now you're making a complete joke of your customers by claiming to "Reward" them. Between that & cutting corners by giving Canada glass cups & the U.S plastic ones; we'd legit be dummies to continue spending ANY of our money there until they actually begin to care about people again & the product(s) they serve.
Oh & if you're gna bring back nostalgic items like Boo Buckets & those cups actually put forth the funds & the effort to make them as they were. That's the ONLY reason they're nostalgic. NO ONE wants your new cheap versions you're trying to pass off.

I had the pleasure in meeting a few guys from about 40 exits up the GS Parkway. They were in the area to provide the labor for one of the nations biggest and best 'line marking companys. Zone Marking I c. I was really drawn to the things they were. Pointing out abo u t the comp a ny, due to my sparse work schedule over the past 6 months. Very bad is how i describe it. I am earning less per hour today jan 30, 2019, than i did 35 years ago with reallyno work or life experience that ihave today as well as my own tools. And thats IF I can even get a days work out of contractors 1/2 my age. Well again. I was drawn to how this company was hiring in just about e very major to not so major cities throughout the U.S. andhow they are basically paying a prevailing wage. Benefits, vacation. Si c k days. Etc. Even though it may not be the immediate answer to my employment woes, it may. Have been just what i needed to hear in order to keep my head up.wake up. Suite up and show up a few more times before giving up. I have to give thanks to old Ronnie McDonald for putting us together for a scant 20 minutes first thing monday morning. We ordered the combo pack and the lady told us that it came with 2 large fries and 2 20 piece chicken nuggets but then when we pulled up to the window they first just handed us a large coke and a fry then they closed the window and we sat there for about 5 minutes while they just started at us then finally when she opened the window again she asked if I had another order . So basically she gave us the wrong order but didn't confirm or nothing we showed her the order then she handed us a box with 4 small fries and 4 hamburgers and a 10 piece chicken nugget so I told her that this isn't what we were told came in the combo and she started arguing with us and didn't bother to ask us anything she was just very rude finally a manger came and he said that was what came in the combo . Basically if your looking to get a quick meal don't stop here Your order will be messed up and you really won't know what your getting also, you'll have really bad customer service. There was no "have a nice day" even when they first handed us the wrong order.
