Just got hung up on by Brandy the General Manager. A little background, my family, and our business have been regulars at this Abbo's. We visit regularly. I even took my employees there for lunch about a month and a half ago. I love their pizza, and usually their service. But that all changed tonight, and they have lost a regular customer for good. I have probably spent $1000 there this year. They made a simple mistake by putting the wrong ingredients on one of our pizza's. They made a Canadian Bacon, and Pepperoni instead of Canadian Bacon and Pineapple. Simple mistake, but my wife cannot eat Pepperoni. Long story short, in order to get the pizza fixed we would have to drive back from Brighton, a 25 minute drive. OK, but Brandy only offered to remake the pizzas, she wouldn't remake the pizzas, AND give us a credit or refund for the extra hour we had to spend fixing the issue. So we just took the pizzas back, and got a refund, and now have to get pizza somewhere else. We had movie plans with family, and friends tonight, and although not the end of the world, those plans have been delayed for some, and cancelled for others because of this mistake.
It's not if you make a mistake that defines you as a business or a person, because we all make them, but it's how you handle it after, and Brandy at Abbo's here in Northglenn just showed us how unimportant our time, and business are to her, and Abbo's, by not offering anything for our time. Read moreMy family and I have been customers at this store for more than 5 years. We recently ordered two 18in pizza's and got sick from the food. Being too sick to be able to call we called the next day after we recouperated. We spoke with the General Manager at the time named Brandi. She was rude, spoke in a loud tone of voice, cut us off while speaking, blamed the cause of our sickness on something else, and denied we got sick. She offered $25s as a compensation out of the $48 for the order, however seeing as 4 customers were affected $25 is not enough. After telling her that was an unfair compensation she hung up the phone. And calling back we asked for Brandi and she hung up the phone again. This kind of behavior is unprofessional for a General Manager. As paying customers who have supported this business since the beginning it is disappointing to be treated in such a manner. I would appreciate if the owner would contact me to rectify this issue. I will continue to update this review until the issue is rectified. Until then I will sadly no longer support this business.

Read moreI don't know what the atmosphere is. We ordered it for delivery. Delivery was fast, prompt, no problems. Got the pizza. There's no pizza sauce on it. I'll try to upload a picture, when I called. Talked to the manager. Brian, he said I don't know what you want me to do. I can send you a new pizza, it's now late. I fly out of town tomorrow. Don't have time to have another pizza delivered. Just one everyone to understand that the last couple of times we have ordered from them their Pizza has sucked My husband drove the pizza back to them the next day, the manager at that shift at first tried to say ( Yes there is sauce on it ) . My husband had to pull the cheese off of the crust to show her. She then said oh maybe they put white sauce on it???? Why would you put white sauce on a pizza if it wasn't ordered that way?
