I've been a pretty loyal customer of this location for about 4 years now. Today was the first time I've left there pretty unhappy. I arrived to order my usual drink, and a drink for my husband from the walk up window. A girl working thr drive up approached me offering to take my order, cool! Until I told her I was paying cash she got an instant attitude and went inside and collected my cash from the window. She never reviewed my order, nor did she give me a total. She grabbed the 20 dollar bill from me and walked off with it for about 5 mins. She finally came back with a few coins....which I have never paid $20 for 2 drinks but I wouldn't know because she never gave me my total. That's irritating. But I also wanted to scan my app for points, especially because it was double points but she walked off before I could even get a word in to ask if she could scan my app. Then I asked the employee who brought my drinks to me, and I guess it was too late? The last straw was walking off and realizing my usual drink was not what I had ordered, so the coffee was wasted as I am picky about my coffee, and this could be why the order seemed costly to me. However, that walk up window is ignored because I couldn't get someone's attention to ask again and I had to leave. It's pretty sad to see this location is just turning into another corporation of younger generations who do not care about their quality of work, or customer service. Read moreI am being very generous with my 3 star rating, they deserve less but I’m feeling gracious today. They do not accept cash, which is unfortunate for a lot of people and makes no sense. Also, the woman claimed my order was 10$ and when I got a text from my bank immediately after she swiped it stated I was charged 12$, which is kind of an odd situation. ... very odd. Maybe she tipped herself ? Which is fine if she needed the 2$... probably needs it more than I do, but still she could have asked. I drove off before I could say anything in regards to that though.
